How To make Honey Curried Red Snapper
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tsp. honey
2 Tsp. lemon juice
1/8 Tsp. curry powder
1/8 Tsp. salt
2 red snapper fillets
cooking spray 1/8 Tsp. paprika
2 Tsp. chopped parsley
Mix together mustard, honey, lemon juice, curry powder and salt. Place fish fillets in a 9-inch square baking dish which has been coated with cooking spray. Pour mustard sauce over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Uncover and broil for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley; serve immediately. Serves 2 at 190 calories per serving.

1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
2 tsp Paprika
Fresh thyme and Parsley
For Carribean Salsa
1 tomato (remove seeds)
½ Meduim size Red onion
1 Mango (or ½ cup sliced pineapple)
3 Sprigs of Cilantro
2 tsp Honey
1 tbsp Lemon juice
¼ tsp Ground Cumin
¼ tsp Paprika

2 stalks scallions
3 stalks thyme
hand full of cilantro
1/4 of a medium onion
6 cloves garlic
4 slices ginger
1 habernero pepper
2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp old bay
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp complete seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
sauce
1 stick butter = 1/2 cup
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth or white wine
1/4 tsp old bay
1/2 tsp lemon pepper Seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder

Sharing with you Fish in Lemon Butter Garlic Sauce Recipe.
This is a very quick and easy fish fillet recipe which is prepared in few minutes.
This 5 minutes Indian Fish Fry Recipe is made with spices like oregano, coriander, etc which gives it a heavenly taste.
This is a perfect Christmas and New Year Special Recipe which you can make for your family.
Ingredients use:
For Marination of Fish:
1) Basa or Bhetki Fish Fillet (250 gms)
2) Salt
3) Black Pepper Powder
4) Chilli Flakes
5) Oregano
6) All Purpose Flour for Coating the Fish
For Sauce Preparation:
1) Butter
2) 2 tbsp Garlic
3) 3 tbsp Lemon juice
4) Salt
5) Water
6) Coriander Leaves
Pan Fried Snapper filet in Coconut Sauce Recipe
Pan Fried Snapper Filet Recipe
4 pieces of red snapper filet
1 can lite coconut milk
All seasoning salt
Curry powder
Turmeric
Black pepper
Half of small onion thinly sliced
Three or four cloves of garlic, crushed
One habanero chilly (seeds removed)
Method:
Heat coconut oil in frying pan (oil must be hot to prevent the fish from sticking)
Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides or filets.
Fry until golden on both sides - remove from oil and allow fish to rest.
Sautéed onion, pepper and garlic in coconut oil.
Add half can of coconut milk
Salt to taste
1/4 All seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon of curry powder
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
Cover and allow to simmer
