How To make Herbed Spinach Balls
Ingredients

oz
spinach (frozen - chopped)
2
cup
herb stuffing mix
3/4
cup
parmesan cheese, grated
1
teaspoon
garlic, finely minced
1
each
onion, medium, finely chopped
3
each
eggs, beaten
1/4
pound
butter, melted
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Thaw spinach and remove excess liquid. Add remaining ingredients (stuffing mix, parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, eggs and butter) and mix well. Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Yield: Serves 12-20.
NOTES:
* These can be made up ahead of time and frozen. If frozen, increase cooking time by 10-15 minutes.
* This recipe makes about 80 appetizer-size balls, or about 40 larger balls to use as a vegetable dish at a meal.

INGREDIENTS:
●2 cups sage and onion or herb-seasoned bread stuffing mix
●1 small onion, chopped
●2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
●1 clove garlic, minced
●1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
●1/4 teaspoon black pepper
●1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
●1/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
●2 egg whites, beaten
●Dijon or honey mustard

Yo, so Faith was having a party and I needed to bring an appetizer. I kinda thought she liked my spinach balls when I brought them to another friend's party. She didn't remember, but it didn't matter 'cause she, her husband, and every body else loved 'em.
20 oz chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 cups stuffing (plain, herb, Italian, it don't matter)
1 small onion or 3 green onions, finely chopped
4 eggs, beaten
8 tblsp (1 stick) butter, melted
1/2 cup grated Parmesan, Romano or blend cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper or in this case St. Lucifer 11 (
Preheat oven to 375°F
Combine all ingredients in a bowl
Shape into bite-sized balls
Bake 20 minutes

Vicki Dolph's Spinach Balls
Ingredients:
6 Eggs
2 Boxes of Frozen Spinach (thawed and drained well)
1 Box of Savory Herb Stove Top Stuffing
3/4 Cup of Melted Butter
1 Small Onion (finely chopped)
1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions:
*Preheat oven to 350*
1) Mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
2) Use a small ice scream scoop to make little uniformed balls and place them on parchment paper
3) Bake for 20-25 minutes
4) Enjoy!

Thanksgiving Tradition: How to Make Spinach Balls
In this episode of Cooking With Coach we're going to create something the whole family will love!
-20ozs. Frozen Chopped Spinach
-6ozs. Stovetop Stuffing ( Savory or Chicken) or Croutons
-6 Eggs
-1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
-3/4 Cup Butter, softened
-salt and pepper ( if desired)
-garlic salt and/or onion powder (optional)
1- Cook Spinach as directed on package and place in a colander or sieve.
2- Use a spoon to press the water out as much as possible.
3- Put spinach in a large bowl, add eggs, stuffing (or substitute with croutons), butter, and Parmesan cheese ---mix altogether.
4- Roll approximately 2 thick spinach balls and place on a baking sheet.
*This recipe makes approx. 62 to 70.
5- Bake @ 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
To preserve them before baking- Roll up the spinach balls, place them on a baking sheet, and put them in the freezer till slightly chilled and then put sp. balls in a ziploc bag freeze them
and bake them**--- whenever you want them.
**If frozen, you may need to bake them @375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
