Hello Friends Welcome To My Channel I'll show you how to make Spinach balls.
Here is what you'll need!
Spinach – 300 gm (finely chopped)
Chickpea flour (beasn) – 1 cup
Onion finely chopped – 1/4 cup
Garlic – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green chili - - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Tarmaric powder – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Corn flour – 2 tbsp

SPINACH BITES with creamy dipping sauce | A FAVORITE HOLIDAY APPETIZER | easy warm recipe |
These SPINACH BITES are my favorite holiday appetizer! They are easy to make, can be prepped ahead of time, freeze well, and are a hit with both adults and kids. When you're ready to serve, just pop them in the oven and serve warm with our simple creamy dipping sauce.
Ingredients:
2 sticks butter, melted
2 lbs frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups grated parmesean
1 Tbsp instant minced onion
couple dashes nutmeg
3 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Dip:
1/2 cup mayonaise
1 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
a few dashes hot sauce
1 tsp mustard (preferably dijon)
1/4 cup sour cream

Spinach Balls | easy and tasty snack
These spinach balls are the best snacks with a delicious cheesy, chewy texture and spinach garlic flavor.
INGREDIENTS
SPINACH BALLS RECIPE
600 g Fresh Spinach Leaves
3 Egg
1 cup Grated Mozzarella or parmesan
chopped fresh parsley or herb of your choice
Garlic
salt
1 cup Almond Flour
2 teaspoons Psyllium Husk
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Place the spinach in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Cover the bowl and set aside for 5 minutes.
Drain the spinach and, using your hands, squeeze all the remaining water.
Place on a chopping board and finely chop the cooked spinach. Transfer into a mixing bowl.
Add eggs, grated cheese, fresh herbs, salt, peper, garlic, almond flour, and psyllium husk.
Form balls.
Place the balls on a tray covered with baking paper.
Bake at 200°Cfor 20-30 minutes or until golden on the top.

Cook and drain the spinach, then squeeze it dry.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet.
Refrigerate while the oven preheats.
When ready, bake on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet for 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
Let them cool for a few minutes.
