Sousvide pork chops and roasted herb potatoes recipe
Sousvide pork chops and roasted herb potatoes. I used my @avidarmor USV32 chamber vacuum sealer to seal the pork chops. These were sousvide at 145 for 2:30 hours. The potatoes were cut in half and roasted for 20 min at 350 degrees. Then I tossed them in olive oil, dill and parsley, I added more salt as needed.
The pork chops were seared 1.5 min per side to develop a nice crust. Who’s in?
