Tea Recipe Against Cold, Cough, and for Strong Immunity (Herbal)
This is a traditional herbal tea recipe, that helps against cold and cough, and also boosts the immune system. I'll show you how I pick these herbs fresh, in our family garden, but you can also use dry herbs for the exact same recipe. All the herbs have fantastic health benefits, it is an original tea blend that is used for flu symptoms and overall health. This is a family recipe from a Russian grandmother, based on the knowledge of slavic herbalists.
****************************
To make this tea blend you can just use dry herbs, in equal proportions. I used the following herbs:
- Oregano
- Mint
- Plantain (optional)
- Clover (optional)
- Blackcurrant leaf
- Raspberry leaf
- Blackberry leaf
- Rose hip leaf
