Crunchy nutty cookies with amazing hazelnut flavour, coming from both chopped and ground hazelnuts. And let's not forget the chocolate chunks! Very easy to do, I promise you. Bake these and watch them disappear in no time. Enjoy!

NOT all cookies are equal! I'm here with some cookies! These are the ultimate cookies! Look no further! Not just any though! These are ADDICTIVE! I hope you like them!
You'll need (should yield 6-8 cookies):
250g plain flour
2.5 tbsp cornstarch/cornflour
Pinch salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
140g butter
1 medium egg
2 medium yolks
140g dark brown sugar (you can substitute for light brown)
60g white granulated sugar
1 cup/80g chopped and roasted hazelnuts (substitute with any nut of choice)
200g dark chocolate
25g milk chocolate
I used a fan oven! :)

Hazelnut Biscuits or Cookies - Quick & Easy
The wonderful biscuits are crunchy and very light. Finely ground hazelnuts are incorporated into a biscuit dough giving it such a light texture. So the biscuits have a lovely crunch and that perfect roasted hazelnut flavour with an additional nut on the top. These are such a great treat with tea or coffee.

100 g hazelnuts or almonds (3/4 cup)
100 g all-purpose flour (1/2 cup + 3 tbsp)
95 g sugar (1/2 cup)
90 g butter (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp)
1 tsp vanilla extract
60 g dark chocolate (0.035 oz)

2/3 cup (80 g) flour I used rice flour
1/2 slightly heaped cup (70 g) powdered sugar (I used Erythritol)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup (50 g) vegan butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tsp orange juice
1 tsp orange zest (optional)
