1 pk Yellow cake mix
1 pk Instant vanilla pudding 5 oz
1 c Cold milk
1 pk Cream cheese, softened
1 pk Cool whip, 9 oz,thawed
1 cn Crushed pineapple (drained)
1/2 c Chopped nuts (optional)
1 cn Marachino cherries, chopped
1/2 c Flaked coconut
Prepare cake mix according to the directions on the box. Pour batter into greased 15"x 10" pan. Bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes. Let it get cold in pan.
Blend pudding mix with milk. Beat cream cheese into pudding mix until smooth. Then stirring by hand, fold in thawed cool whip. Spread pudding on top of cake. Top with crushed pineapples (20 oz. can). Sprinkle with nuts, then cherries (small jar of cherries cut into small pieces), and last with coconut.

Butter mochi is super easy to make, just stir together the ingredients and bake, and also gluten-free.
This recipe uses half a can of coconut milk, if you don't want half a can of coconut milk sitting around, you can use the whole (13-14 oz) can and only add ¼ cup (60 mL) of milk or double the recipe and bake in a 9x13 in (23x33 cm) pan for 60-70 minutes.
Ingredients: (Makes one 8-inch (20 cm) square pan)
Butter, melted ¼ cup (56 g)
Sugar 1 cup (200 g)
2 Eggs (100 g)
Coconut Milk ¾ cup (180 mL)
Vanilla 1 tsp (5 mL)
Milk 1 cup (240 mL)
Mochiko Sweet Rice Flour 1 ½ cups (227 g)
Salt ½ tsp (3 g)
Baking Powder 1 tsp (4 g)
Directions:
1. Stir together the butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, coconut milk and milk. Mix until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Add the mochiko (sweet rice flour), salt and baking powder. Stir until there are no more lumps.
3. Pour into a greased 8×8 (20×20 cm) pan and bake in a preheated 325° F (163° C) oven for 50-55 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Easy Delicious???? Hawaiian ???? Style Guava Cake
Guava cake is a tasty, traditional Hawaiian dessert. It is a guava flavored cake with a whipped cream cheese layer and guava gel glaze. Easy and delicious!
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 25 minutes Total: 35 minutes
Serves: 12
Ingredients
1 strawberry cake mix
1 1/3 c. guava nectar or guava juice
3 eggs
1/3 c. coconut oil room temp (liquid)
For the Cream Cheese Layer:
8 oz. cream cheese softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. Cool Whip thawed
For the Guava Gel Topping:
2 c. guava nectar or guava juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. water
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, mix together cake mix, guava juice, eggs, and coconut oil until well combined.
Bake in a 9x13 glass baking dish according to cake mix package directions.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with hand mixer until fluffy.
Add sugar and vanilla and mix well.
Slowly fold in the Cool Whip and refrigerate until ready to use.
In a medium saucepan, bring the 2 cups guava juice and sugar to a boil.
Make a slurry out of the cornstarch and a small amount of water.
Remove guava juice from heat and stir in the cornstarch mixture.
Return to heat and bring back to a boil and boil for one minute. Cool in refrigerator.
When cake has cooled, spread cream cheese mixture evenly over cake.
Glaze the top of the cake with guava gel. Refrigerate until ready to serve
