3/4 c Sugar 1 c Hazlenuts; ground Or almonds 1 1/2 tb Cocoa 2 ts Lemon rind; grated 1/2 ts Vanilla extract 2 lg Egg whites; beaten stiff Add the sugar to the egg whites and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Add the remaining ingredients and fold in gently. Drop teaspoonsfuls of mixture on to a greased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Allow to stand. bake in oven 300 for 1/2 hour, Carefully transfer to a cooling rack. Store in an airtight container. they will keep for weeks. servings depends on the size you make the cookies. -----

White Chocolate & Hazelnut Macaroons - Vlogmas Day 9
These are so yummy! I hope you try them. Macaroons are my favorite Christmas cookies.
You need: 3 egg whites salt 150g sugar 10g vanilla sugar 150g ground hazelnuts 100g white chocolate optional: 1 teaspoon ginger
Bake with 160° Celsius for 25-30 minutes.

Hallo :-) heute zeige ich euch wie ich meine Kokos-und Haselnussmakronen zubereite:
Kokosmakronen: 4 Eiweiß 200 g Kokosraspeln 200 g Zucker (Ihr könnt auch etwas weniger nehmen, ich habe 190 g genommen) 1 Pck Vanillezucker 1 EL Zitronensaft Backobladen ⌀ 50 mm Optional: Zartbitterkuvertüre (oder Vollmilch)
Für 20 min bei 150°C backen
Haselnussmakronen: 2 Eiweiß 200 g gemahlene Haselnüsse oder Mandeln 120 g Puderzucker 10 g Zimt (1 TL) Backobladen ⌀ 50 mm
Für 20 min bei 180°C backen Optional: Puderzucker (oder Zartbitter-/Vollmilchkuvertüre) und Haselnüsse oder Mandeln in die Mitte platzieren
