2 lg Egg whites; beaten stiff
Add the sugar to the egg whites and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Add the remaining ingredients and fold in gently. Drop teaspoonsfuls of mixture on to a greased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Allow to stand. bake in oven 300 for 1/2 hour, Carefully transfer to a cooling rack. Store in an airtight container. they will keep for weeks. servings depends on the size you make the cookies. -----

Recipe; for 500g Hazelnut Macarons...

Ingredients
135 g ground hazelnut kernels
270 g of sugar
97.5 g protein, (Egg White)
0.2 g salt
Preparation:
Line the baking sheet with baking paper.
Mix the hazelnuts, sugar, egg whites and salt in the mixing kettle until frothy.
Place the mixture in a skin-pass bag with a perforated spout (No. 10-12).
Dress up dots 2-3 cm in diameter on baking paper.
Bake in the oven at 180-200 ° C with the steam off.
Practical advice;;;
Baking in a combi steamer: At 170-180 ° C with half the fan speed and open steam extraction (0% humidity). 1 kg of dough gives approx. 80-100 pieces of hazelnut macaroons with a piece weight of 10-12 g. Almond macaroons can also be prepared in the same way.

Hazelnut macaroons are super easy and delicious. Very easy to bake. They shouldn't be missing in any Christmas cookie jar.
Ingredients:
4 egg whites
200 g icing sugger
400 g ground hazelnuts
Wafers
Bake on the middle rack for approx. 20 minutes
at heat of 180 ° C

Hi Everyone!
I love to try and create new recipes for things I'm currently craving. This week, it was Nutella-inspired macarons. Macarons are my absolute favorite dessert and I could eat them everyday is given the chance! Today, I wanted to share with you all, my hazelnut macaron shells. I substituted the normal almond flour for hazelnut flour and paired with a chocolate ganache, they were AH-mazing! Don't forget to like this video and hit that subscribe button!
