How To make Ham & Grits Crustless Quiche
1/2 c Water
1/4 ts Salt
1/3 c Quick-cooking grits;
-uncooked 12 oz Canned evaporated milk
1 1/2 c Chopped ham
1 c Cheddar cheese; (4 oz)
-shredded 3 lg Eggs; lightly beaten
1 tb Chopped fresh parsley
1 ts Dry mustard
1 ts Hot sauce; (1 to 2)
Recipe by: Inn recipes Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring water & salt to boil in saucepan; stir in grits. Remove from heat; cover & let stand 5 min. (mixture will be thick). Stir in milk & next 6 ingred. Pour into sprayed 9 1/2" quiche dish or a 9 1/2 inch deep-dish pie plate. Bake for 30-35 min. Let stand 10 min. before serving. Cut into wedges. Yield 6 servings. Variation: Use Italian Sausage in place of ham (saut, drain & crumble well), and eliminate mustard & hot sauce. This recipe is shared with us by the innkeepers at Country Oaks Bed & Breakfast. This is such a delicious breakfast!!! Great meal to store in freezer or refrigerator.
Recipe:
4 Large eggs
1/2 c. mild cheddar cheese
1/3 c. frozen spinach(no need to thaw)
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. diced ham
1 baked potato (pre-cook in microwave for 3 minutes)
1 tbs of butter to pour over potato
1 tsp garlic (sprinkle over potato)
Mix ingredients & Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes
To Make breakfast in cup add package of instant grits & your favorite toppings!!!

Ingredients:
1 pie crust refrigerated
6 large eggs
3/4 cup half and half
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups cooked ham chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
4 tbsp scallions
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F and place frozen pie dish into refrigerator to thaw.
2. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
3. Once the pie crust is thawed, pierce the bottom with a fork then sprinkle the ham, scallions, and 1 cup of the mozzarella and cheddar mix into the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top and sprinkle the remaining cup of cheese on top.
4. Bake for 25 minutes covered then cover with aluminum foil for the remaining 10 minutes if the crust starts to brown too much.
5. Once the center is completely set, let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Ingredients:(BROCCOLI AND CHEESE QUICHE)

2 cup half and half or heavy cream
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 cup cooked broccoli chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Ingredients(SPINACH AN ONION QUICHE)
1 pie crust par baked 3 minutes
4 large eggs
2 cup half and half or heavy cream
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups cooked spinach chopped
1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
1/2 cup Gruyere cheese shredded
1/2 cup chopped onions sauteed
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
