Ham and Cheese Stromboli | How to Make an Easy Stromboli Recipe from a Pizza Dough | Alguno Diaries
Stromboli is basically a pizza rolled into a log form.
The basic idea of a Stromboli recipe is using a pizza or bread dough and stuff it with sauce, your favorite cheese and meat.
PIZZA DOUGH
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups - All Purpose Flour
1 1/4 tsp - active dry yeast
2 tsp - white sugar
1 tsp - salt
1 Tbsp - olive oil
1 cup - lukewarm water
STROMBOLI:
Mozzarella Cheese, Sulguni Cheese, Ham and Sauce.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Quick ham and cheese stuffed crescent recipe great for lunchtime, breakfast or anytime snack.
How to make Ham and Cheese Crescent Sandwiches:
1.Heat oven to 350°F.
2.Unroll dough; separate into 4 rectangles. press perforations to seal.
3.Place one ham slice and one cheese slice on each rectangle. fold dough in half over filling, press edges firmly to seal.
4.Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Ham and Swiss Crescent Rolls
Makes 8
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce, 230 g) roll crescent dough
1 egg, lightly beaten
8 slices deli ham, thinly sliced
8 slices Swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Separate crescent dough into triangles and place onto a clean surface.
Brush the surface of each crescent triangle with egg and top with ham and cheese.
Roll each crescent and place onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake the ham rolls for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Allow to cool for a few minutes. Serve warm.

INGREDIENTS
2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 cup mozzarella cheese
½ cup pepperoncinis
¼ cup fresh basil
⅓ pound salami
⅓ pound ham
¼ pound prosciutto
8 slices provolone, halved
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil and balsamic vinegar for the dip *optional
PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 375˚F / 190˚C.
2. Unroll cans of dough, separate into triangles. On a large cookie sheet, place a bowl in the center(about 5 inches in diameter). Arrange the triangles in ring around the bowl, dough should overlap.
3. Layer cheese, pepperoncinis, basil, salami, ham, prosciutto, and provolone on each triangle closest to the ring. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Bring the top of the triangle over the filling, and tuck the edges under the bottom layer of dough. Repeat around the ring until the entire filling is enclosed.
5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
6. Cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting into serving slices.
7. Serve with olive oil and balsamic.
