Ingredientes: 500 gr camarones pacotilla, 1 1/2 taza apio, 1taza cebollitas cambray picadas. Salsa: 1/2 taza salsa ketchup, 1/4 taza vodka, 1/4 taza jugo de limón, 2 horseradish, 1 cucharada salsa inglesa, 1 cucharada tabasco.

The culinary team at Daiquiri Dick's restaurant in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico will be cooking like crazy during Restaurant Week 2013. This annual festival highlights some of the area's best eateries. Participants offer three course for a set price. Daiquiri Dick's is presenting their three courses for only $299 pesos and there are choices for each course. The truly international menu features flavors from all over the world.
The appetizer choices include:
Pork and Shrimp Siu Mai, traditional Chinese steamed dumplings served with spicy citrus-soy dipping sauce
Ajo Blanco, chilled white gazpacho made with diced apples, grapes and almonds
Watermelon Salad, mixed greens along with feta cheese and mint
The main courses are wonderful:
Steamed Red Snapper, with scallions, ginger, pancetta and rice
Spice-crusted Pork Chop, with green harissa and roasted butternut squash
Spaghetti with shrimp and home made pesto
The dessert selections reflect the season:
Italian Cream Cake, with toasted coconut and pecans
Mint Sorbet

Daiquiri Dick's will serve the Restaurant Week menu from May 15-31, 2013, 5 to 11pm everyday but Tuesday. Enjoy an amazing sunset and a wonderful meal at a great price.
