How To Make Guacamole - Guacamole Recipe
Guacamole
Ingredients:
3 Avocados, ripe
1/2 Red Onion, finely diced
2 Tomatoes, diced
3 tbsp finely chopped fresh Cilantro
1 Jalapeno Pepper, seeds removed and finely diced
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Lime, juiced
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Learn how to make the best guacamole! This recipe is so easy to make, only 6 ingredients, and few minutes of work and have fresh, creamy and delicious authentic guacamole. Serve it as a dip with some tortilla chips.

Ingredients:
3 medium avocados, ripe
1 Tomato, cored and chopped (optional)
1 green chili or jalapeño, finely chopped
1/2 small red/while onion, finely chopped
2-3 tablespoons Cilantro, finely chopped
1 small Lemon/lime, juiced
Salt to taste
Directions:
1. Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit and skin and place in a mixing bowl.
2. Add lime/lemon juice, mash the avocado with a fork or with a potato masher and make it as chunky or smooth as you like. Add chopped chili/ jalapeño, chopped onion, chopped cilantro, chopped tomato and salt. Stir until well combined.
3. Taste and season with extra salt or lemon juice.
4. Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes:
• How to store Guacamole: cover the bowl with plastic wrap, so the plastic wrap will touch the entire top layer of the guacamole and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
• Optional additions: crushed garlic, cayenne pepper, cumin.

I will show you how to make guacamole dip with the best flavor. This delicious and healthy appetizer is so easy to make.
I explain the best ingredients to use: avocado, tomato, onion, green chiles, and salt. No, I do not use lemon or lime juice and many will disagree.
But I find that it detracts too much from the rich, nutty avocado flavor. My recipe enhances the avocado flavor but the beauty of guacamole dip is that you can tweak the recipe any way you like.
This is a delicious appetizer that is best served with tortilla chips and Mexican food. Guac is perfect served on tacos, fajitas, tostadas, enchiladas, burritos, quesadillas, you name it.

Guacamole
A flavourful and healthy avocado-based dip, Guacamole originated in Mexico but has now become popular all over the world not just as a dip but also as a salad dressing and sandwich topping. Ensure you take ripe avocados to avoid a raw taste that displeases the taste buds! Once you have made the right choice of fruit, there is nothing more to this dip that chopping and mixing in varied ingredients like tomatoes, onions, garlic, etc. A dollop of fresh cream enhances the texture and mouth feel, while the lemon juice imparts a refreshing tang and also prevents discoloration of the avocado pulp.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes.
Cooking Time: Nil.
Makes 1½ cups.
2 ripe avocados
¼ cup deseeded and finely chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp finely chopped onions
1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
½ tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh cream
Salt to taste
For serving
Nacho chips
1. Cut each avocados in halves. Remove the seed and scoop out the centre portion.
2. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and mash well using a fork or a masher.
3. Add all the remaining ingredients, mix well and refrigerate for atleast 1 hour and serve chilled with nacho chips.
