Ingredients:
3-4 Bell peppers
Salt Per taste
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion chopped
1 tsp Black pepper pwd
Other spices per your liking like garam masala, basil, oregano, curry powder, parsley
Optional: 3/4 stalks of Leek Leaves
Asian Tuna Skewers - Rihana Cary
Tuna Skewer Ingredients-
1lb Tuna Steaks cubed
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sesame oil
3T honey
2T garlic
1T chili sauce
1T sesame seeds
1 large onion (Cut for Skewers)
chopped green onions
skewers
Mix all ingredients for marinate excluding onions, tuna, and green onions
Pour marinate on the tuna and marinate overnight
Place tuna and onions on skewers, then cook on high in Traeger for 15 minutes each side
Remove from heat and serve with rice and veggies, top with green onions, and enjoy!

How to make Grilled Tuna with Lemon Vinaigrette and Roasted Bell Pepper Salad
Ingredients
Tuna steak
Roast red bell pepper, 1/2 inch thick, 1 cm wide
Roast yellow bell pepper, 1/2 inch thick, 1 cm wide
Basil, chopped
White wine vinegar
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Salt
White pepper
Procedure:
1. Make vinaigrette: mix vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until salt is dissolved.
2. Whisk in oil a few drops at a time. Mix again before using
3. Brush tuna steak with a little vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper.
4. Grill tuna steaks until medium rare. Set aside
5. Mix roasted bell peppers with vinaigrette and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Serve grilled tuna with roasted bell pepper salad.
