How to make Grilled Tuna with Lemon Vinaigrette and Roasted Bell Pepper Salad
Ingredients
Tuna steak
Roast red bell pepper, 1/2 inch thick, 1 cm wide
Roast yellow bell pepper, 1/2 inch thick, 1 cm wide
Basil, chopped
White wine vinegar
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Salt
White pepper
Procedure:
1. Make vinaigrette: mix vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until salt is dissolved.
2. Whisk in oil a few drops at a time. Mix again before using
3. Brush tuna steak with a little vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper.
4. Grill tuna steaks until medium rare. Set aside
5. Mix roasted bell peppers with vinaigrette and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Serve grilled tuna with roasted bell pepper salad.

Tuna Steak with Mango
The best tuna steak recipe!!
I’m a seafood & fish kind of gal and this recipe is everything!????
What you’ll need -
???? tuna steaks
???? mango
???? avocado
???? soy sauce
???? lime
???? ginger
???? garlic
???? cilantro
???? extra virgin olive oil
???? salt & pepper
???? pinch of sugar
Directions -
✨ salt & pepper tuna steak
✨ in a bowl, combine soy sauce, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, ginger, lime, chopped cilantro
✨ cube mango
✨ heat up oil in a frying pan
✨ slap on the tuna steaks
✨ cook tuna about 1 min each side (leaving the center red)
✨ add in liquid mixture from bowl
✨ add mango & cook
✨ cut up avocado in slices
✨ plate the tuna steaks & top with mango goodness
✨ top with avocado & sesame seeds
Optional: you can remove tuna steaks & cook mango with liquid & add the tuna steaks back in after to avoid them overcooking

• 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp hoison sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 3 tsp garlic chili paste
• 2 tsp maple syrup
• pinch salt
Sesame Seed Spice Rub
• ¼ cup white and black sesame seeds
• 1 tbsp Chef Ange Base Seasoning -
• 1 tsp Five Spice powder
• 1 tbsp sugar
Binder
• 2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp sesame oil
