Ingredients
4 medium pieces of pork chops (loin )
2 tbls olive oil
1 1/2 tbls pork seasoning
2 tbls all purpose seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tbls walkerswood spicy jerk seasoning (wet )
2 tbls brown sugar
2 tbls green seasoning
3 tbls ketchup
3 tbls honey BBQ sauce
1 shot honey Jack Daniels liquor
2-3 tbls honey ????

????Seasoning
1/2 Tsp garlic powder
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1/2 Tsp cajun season
1/2 Tsp jerk season
1/2 Tsp onion powder
1/2 Tsp smoked paprika
-Wet Jerk Marinate 1 1/2 Tbsp
3 Cloves Garlic ????
1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme
1 Tbsp Olive Oil/Optional
3 Tsp Dark Soya Sauce
????Pot
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tsp Unsalted Butter
1 Tsp Dark Soya Sauce
-Fried for 6 minutes on each side
-Baked For 10 To 15 Minutes In The Oven 180 Degrees Celsius

Inspired Jamaican jerk pork chops on the 22 inch Weber kettle Grill pork chops Large
Inspired Jamaican Reverse Sear Pork Chops on the 22 inch Weber kettle Grill.Stop pork chops were Berkshire pork chops.The pork was marinated in a homemade Jamaican jerk season. I added a half bottle of Chiavetta's chicken marinade. The pork chops were smoke with pecan wood, pushing the charcoal to one side of the kettle Grill and the other side of the kettle Grill needs no charcoal. This method is called cooking indirect. When the pork chops reach 130 degrees, then use the other side of the grill to seared pork chops off. The pork chops came out delicious moist juicy full of flavor and pretty spicy. feel free to use any store bought jerk seasoning and add Chiavetta's chicken marinade.

Jerk Pork Recipe
1/2 kg Pork ( can use any cut of pork of choice)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1-2 tbsp jerk seasoning
1 cup beer of choice (optional)
Allow to marinate for 4-6 hours in the fridge or overnight. The longer the better.
Bake covered for 1 hour on 200•C. Then uncovered for 1/2hour and baste with the juices released so that the meat don’t dry out.
