How To make Greek Croustade
1 pk Frozen chopped spinach
- (10 ounces) 1/4 c Chopped onion
1 sm Clove garlic, minced
3 tb Margarine or butter
3 tb Flour
1/4 ts Crushed tarragon (optional)
1/8 ts Fresh ground pepper
1 c Milk
2 Eggs, beaten
1/2 c Creamed cottage cheese
1 c Crumbled feta cheese
10 Phyllo dough sheets, thawed
- (17x12 inches each) 1/2 c Butter or margarine, melted
- (1 stick) Cook spinach according to directions; drain well, pressing out excess liquid. In saucepan, cook onion and garlic in 3 tablespoons butter or margarine until tender. Stir in flour, tarragon and pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir until mixture is thickened. Stir half of mixture into eggs; return egg mixture into remaining sauce. Add cheeses and spinach; set aside. Unroll phyllo dough; cover with dampened towel. Remove 1 sheet of dough; brush lightly with some of the 1/2 cup melted butter. Fold the sheet in thirds lengthwise; brush top with butter. Place one end of the folded sheet in center of a 12- or 14-inch pizza pan, extending it over the side of the pan. Repeat buttering of remaining phyllo dough, arranging strips spoke fashion evenly around pan. (The ends of sheets will overlap in center and be approximately 3 inches apart at outer ends.) Spread spinach mixture in an 8-inch circle in center of pastry. Starting with the last sheet of dough placed in pan, lift end of leaf up and bring toward center of filling. Holding end with both hands, twist ends several times; coil and tuck end under to from a rosette. Lay rosette over filling, leaving a 3-inch circle in center (center should be visable). Repeat with remaining
in reverse order they were placed. Drizzle remaining butter over all. Bake in 375 degree oven 35 to 40 minutes or until golden. Serve warm or cool. Cut into wedges to serve. Makes 10 to 12 servings. Preparation time: 20 minutes Baking time: 35 to 40 minutes

Ce gâteau 3 ingrédients ou dessert 3 ingrédients et rapide à faire ! On mélange tout et c'est prêt ! C'est délicieux !! C'est aussi une recette idéale en pleine inflation n'est-ce pas ? Bonne dégustation !

100 grammes de yaourt Grec ou Skyr
2 oeufs
1 - Vous pouvez remplacer la pomme par de la banane également.
2 - Le yaourt Grec peut être remplacé par du yaourt nature gras ou fromage blanc ou Skyr. On peut aussi utiliser du yaourt aromatisé mais je ne suis pas fan de ça.
3 - C'est un dessert fruité et par conséquent le sucre ne manque pas...nous n'en ajoutons pas. Selon vos goûts vous pouvez en mettre ou arroser après cuisson d'1 filet de miel cru et non pasteurisé.

3 - It's a fruity dessert and therefore there is no shortage of sugar...we don't add any. According to your tastes you can put some or drizzle after cooking with 1 drizzle of raw and unpasteurized honey.

Apple & Armagnac Phyllo Pie ????????????????–Bruno Albouze
The tourtière is also called apple “croustade”, Gascon “Lou Pastis” which first originated in the Landes de Gascogne, a province of southwestern France. Its origin can be traced back to Ancient Rome. It is a pie composed of fine layers of buttery, sugary pastry spread as finely as possible so that it is totally transparent. This is why this pastry is known as the “bride’s veil”. It is common to add a layer of apples and/or prunes as garnish and flavored with Armagnac.
???????? La tourtière Landaise (Lou Pastis des Landes de Gascogne) est une tarte constitué de nombreuses et fines couches de pâte puis beurrée et sucrée. La pâte est si fine qu’elle est appellé le « voile de la mariée. Nous pouvons la trouver sans garniture ou avec des pommes ou des pruneaux, ou un mélange des 2 et arrosé d’Armagnac. Son origine remonte a l’Ancien Rome.

Fig and blue cheese phyllo tart – Savory
This easy-to-make quiche with figs, mushrooms and blue cheese is delicious cold, warm or hot from the oven. Enjoy!
Ingredients
5 sheets of phyllo pastry
4 tbsp butter
8 oz mushrooms
1 cup crème fraîche or sour cream
1 egg
4 oz crumbled blue cheese
2 fresh or dried figs
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
8 basil leaves
Baking crust
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cover phyllo pastry with damp paper towels to prevent drying. Melt the butter. Grease a 4¼x13¾ -inch quiche tin. Place 2 sheets of defrosted phyllo on the bottom of tin and brush with melted butter. Cover with 2 more sheets of phyllo and brush with butter. Place the last sheet in the middle and brush with butter. Fold the overhanging edges loosely inside. Bake for about 10 min.
Filling
Slice the mushrooms. Whisk together the crème fraîche, egg and blue cheese. Pour over the baked crust. Place mushrooms on the cheese. Bake about 15 min., or until puffed and golden.
While the quiche bakes, cut the figs into thin slices. Remove the quiche from the oven and let cool slightly. Sprinkle over the figs and balsamic vinegar. Garnish with basil.
