How To make Gods Own Beans
12 Strips of thick sliced
-peppered bacon,diced 3 Cloves of Garlic, diced
2 c Onion, diced
1/2 c Red Bell Pepper diced.
2 lg Anaheim chili, chopped small
2 cn Baked Beans, 2 lb can
-brand "BUSH", brown can -with bacon & brown sugar 1 cn Frijoles Negros 15oz drained
-brand "El Elbro" 5 Neem/Curry leaf, crushed
-or Bay leaf 1 tb Marjoram, freshly chopped
2 tb Summer Savory, chopped
2 tb Fresh Thyme, chopped
4 Shakes of Worcestershire
-Lea and Perrins 1 Hot pepper of choice, diced
Below is what I use... 3 serranos or 1 Thai-hot
Melt bacon on low heat in a 6 qt. or larger heavy pan. Pour off most of the fat. Add garlic, onion, red pepper, and anaheim chile. Cook on medium heat until onion is transparent. Add everything, stir, cook on low for 35 minutes, stirring often. Taste to see if a shot of Hot sauce would help.

This recipe has various versions in different Arab countries and even within different provinces in Egypt. Feel free to share your own method and where you're from in the comments, and I'll try it soon, God willing! ????
الوصفه دي ليها طرق كتير في بلاد كتير عربيه
كمان في محافظات مصر كلها كتير بيعمولها بطرق مختلفه
اكتبولي طريقتكم في التعليقات ومن اي بلد او محافظه وانا هعملها قريب ان شاء الله ????
مكونات:
- ½ كوب فول مدمس مصري مقشر إذا لزم الأمر (للفاصوليا المحلية لا حاجة للتقشير)
- 1 كوب أرز مصري
- نصف ملعقة صغيرة من الكزبرة المجففة
- ½ ملعقة صغيرة كمون
- ملح حسب الرغبة (أضفت ملعقة صغيرة)
- 1 بصلة متوسطة الحجم، مفرومة
- 4 فصوص ثوم
- 2 ملاعق كبيرة زيت
- نصف حزمة شبت
- نصف حزمة بقدونس
- ماء حسب الحاجة (استخدمت كوب ونصف ماء مغلي)
تعليمات:
1. في قدر على نار متوسطة، أضيفي ملعقتين كبيرتين من الزيت وحمري البصل المقطع حتى يتحول إلى اللون الأصفر. ثم يضاف الثوم المفروم ويقلب لمدة دقيقة.
2. أضيفي البهارات وقلّبي لمدة دقيقة، ثم أضيفي الفول المدمس وقلّبي لمدة دقيقة أخرى. بعد ذلك، أضيفي الأرز المصري واخلطي كل شيء معًا.
3. نسكب الماء المغلي ونضيف الملح حسب الرغبة ثم نضيف الخضار المقطعة. اتركيه على النار لمدة 5 دقائق تقريباً حتى يمتص الماء.
4. خففي النار إلى أقل درجة، ثم غطي القدر واتركيه يطهى لمدة 20 دقيقة.
5. قدمها ساخنة واستمتع بها!

Egyptian Green Beans with Rice and Vegetables or Kozbariya Recipe
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of Egyptian fava beans, peeled if necessary (for local fava beans, no need to peel)
- 1 cup of Egyptian rice
- ½ teaspoon of dried coriander
- ½ teaspoon of cumin
- Salt to taste (I added 1 teaspoon)
- 1 medium-sized onion, diced
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Half a bunch of dill
- Half a bunch of parsley
- Water, as needed (I used 1 ½ cups of boiling water)
Instructions:
1. In a pot over medium heat, add two tablespoons of oil and sauté the diced onion until it turns yellow. Then add the minced garlic and stir for a minute.
2. Add the spices and stir for a minute, then add the fava beans and stir for another minute. Next, add the Egyptian rice and mix everything together.
3. Pour in the boiling water, add salt to taste, and then add the chopped vegetables. Let it cook for about 5 minutes until the water is absorbed.
4. Lower the heat to the lowest setting, cover the pot, and let it cook for 20 minutes.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!

How To Make The Authentic Ghanaian Beans Stew | Beans Stew Recipe
Ingredients:
To Make Tomato Sauce
12-20 Fresh Tomatoes
1/2 of A Large Onion
6-10 Kpakpo Shito
To Steam Meat
1/2 of A Large Onion
3 thumb Sizes of Ginger
4 Cloves of Garlic
1/4tsp - Cloves
1tsp - Aniseed
All Purpose Seasoning - tt
Salt - tt
To Make Stew
Palm Oil
1/2 of a Large Sliced Onion
1/2 Of a Large Onion and about 10 Kpakpo shito blended
2tbsp - Shrimp Powder or flavor of choice
Salt & Seasoning To Taste
