How To make Generic Quiche(Bar Code Goes Here)
1 c Grated Cheese
1 c Half & Half
4 lg Eggs
1 Unbaked Pie Shell
1 c Filling
1 t Salt
1 1/2 ts Herbs (your choice)
1/8 ts Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350F. Beat the eggs. Brush pie shell with beaten egg and pre-bake for 5 minutes. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes. Combine cheese and filling material and place in pie shell. Dust with salt, pepper and herbs. Combine half & half and eggs and pour over all. Leave a little room for expansion. Bake 30-40 minutes (golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean). Allow to rest for about 10 minutes before serving. It is a good idea to place your pie pans on a cookie sheet just in case this boils over. Re: measurements. Since you generally buy a dozen eggs, frozen pie shells come two to a pack, half and half is sold in Pints and it is easy to buy a big enough brick of cheese, I usually double this and make two quiches. They freeze well and make great leftovers and are a wonderful breakfast. Re: fillings ... anything you want. Suggest spinach, chopped brocoli, onion, green pepper, crab, shrimp, sausage, bacon, ham, turkey, etc.

QUICHE LORRAINE | VEGAN
Une quiche lorraine vegan qui épatera votre entourage ! Parfaite pour les pique-niques.
Sel kala namak :
Quiche à la courgette que vous aimez déjà beaucoup :
Pour un moule à tarte de 32 cm
Pâte à tarte :
240 g de farine de blé T80
75 g poudre d'amandes
100 g margarine
1/2 càc de sel
90 ml d'eau
Lardons de tofu fumé :
1 càs d'huile d'olive
2 blocs de tofu fumé (200 g)
2 càs tamari
Appareil à quiche lorraine :
580 ml de crème soja
150 ml lait de soja
35 g farine de pois chiche
35 g farine de tapioca (ou fécule de maïs)
3/4 càc de sel kala namak
Une belle pincée de poivre
1 belle càc de muscade moulue
Une pointe de couteau de curcuma
2 càs de levure maltée

Make Vegan Egg At Home // So Easy & Cheap! (Just Egg Substitute)
Just Egg is a cool egg substitute, but for what it is, it's kind of expensive and definitely has some extra ingredients in there that don't need to be. In this video I show you how to easily make it at home yourself using just a few ingredients for a fraction of the price!
You can use this to make vegan fried egg, omelettes, scrambled eggs and even french toast!

Recipe:
1 cup split yellow mung beans
1 1/3 cups of water
1 tsp dehydrated onion flakes
*or 1/2 - 3/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of turmeric
Add after cooking (sprinkle on top of your food):
1/4 tsp kala Namak (Black Salt)
1/4 tsp black pepper
Method:
1. Rinse the mung beans well and then soak for at least 4 hours or overnight.
2. Discard the water and add the mung beans to a blender.
3. Add 1 1/3 cups of water, onion flakes, salt, and turmeric and blend until smooth.
4. Now it is ready to use however you would like! Scrambled eggs, fried egg, or omelette.
5. Sprinkle Kala Namak (Black Salt) on top of what you make for an eggy flavour, since the cooking process will cook out most of the eggy flavour. Add black pepper as well. Enjoy!
