Black Garlic GUACAMOLE RECIPE, avocado dip recipe (day 11 of 101) Keto :)
The problem with store-bought guacamole / avocado dip is that it often contains sugar & preserving agents (to keep them from turning brown), which defeats the purpose of eating healthy avocados, RIGHT?
Why spend your money on someone else guacamole recipe or dip when you can make your own in 5 minutes of less!
In this guacamole recipe I have used:
???? Avocado, Red Onion, Black Garlic peeled cloves, Chili, Cherry Tomatoes, Salt & Pepper.
???? PRO TIP:
Wrapping your avocado guacamole in cling wrap will help it last longer but after a day or 2 the plastic will lose its protective barrier. So, the best way to keep your healthy guacamole looking & tasting its best is to store it in tall glass jar.
???? Avocado toast is a great keto breakfast, so your jar of guacamole will quickly start to vanish. As you empty the jar, the BEST way to keep your homemade guacamole for turning brown to push the cling wrap down into the jar creating a barrier.
If you have a wide mouth jar you can place a small amount of water (over the plastic cling wrap) this will make sure its 99% sealed from oxygen turning the avo brown, keep your guacamole looking fresh and tasting delicious!
???? AVOID THE PAIN:
Buying expensive A grade avocados & watching them go brown in the fridge is painful, no one wants to see healthy food go to waste! So next time you only use ½ an avocado, don’t put in back in the fridge, make guacamole & preserve it for tomorrows avocado toast!

How to Make Fresh Homemade Guacamole
Dr Ekberg's Easy Guacamole Recipe
3 avocados
1/4 Onion, medium diced
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (shown with 3 tbsp frozen)
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 lime, squeeze juice
1-2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
1-2 teaspoon himalian sea salt (+/- to taste)
1 teaspoon pepper (+/- to taste)
1 teaspoon shirata sauce, hot sauce or jalapeno (optional)
Ready in 10 minutes
In a medium bowl, add ingredients and mix. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.

This guacamole is insanely delicious and super-easy to make (under 5 minutes), serve it with tortilla chips for an easy party dip or load it on top of nachos or tacos to take your dinners to the next level!

This guacamole recipe will keep just fine in the fridge overnight it you cover the surface with plastic wrap so it doesn't oxidize. The acid from the lime juice keeps it nice and green. Let me know what you like to enjoy it with!
