How To make Garlic Buttered Shrimp
1 lb Fresh peeled and deveined
-shrimp 1/4 c Margarine or butter
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 tb Snipped fresh parsley
1 ds Red pepper
3 tb Dry white wine
1. For sauce, in a saucepan melt margarine or butter. Stir in garlic,
parsley, and red pepper; cook about 1 minute. Stir in wine; heat through. Set aside. 2. Thread shrimp onto 4 long or 8 short metal skewers. Grill, uncovered,
over medium-hot coals for 10-12 minutes or till pink, turning and brushing frequently with sauce. 4 main-dish servings, or 15-18 appetizer servings.

2 lbs Jumbo or XL Shrimp (cleaned with tails on or off.. your choice lol)
1 stick of butter
1-2 tbsps capers
1 diced shallot
1 lemon (zest and juice)
1 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup diced parsley
2 tbsps Roasted Garlic
1 tsp chicken bouillon
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, chili flakes
Serve with White Rice, Pasta Noodles, Garlic Bread, or w/ Salad
Garlic Bread:
1/2 loaf french bread
1 stick melted butter
1/4 cup diced parsley
2 tbsps roasted garlic
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
red pepper flakes to taste
AP Seasoning to taste

Garlic butter shrimp is a fresh shrimp dish, where shrimp is cooked with butter, sprite , tomato sauce and other spices. Shrimp is marinated in fresh sprite and fried in butter and garlic. This fried shrimp is further sautéed in a sauce made by sprite, butter, garlic, tomato paste, oyster sauce and spring onion. Make this buttered shrimp iin your homed with our recipe.

INGREDIENTS
500 grams shrimp (cleaned and deveined)
1 1/3 cup lime soda (Sprite or 7UP)
¼ cup butter (unsalted)
7 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
chopped spring onions (for garnish)
DIRECTIONS
Clean and devein the shrimps and then place into a large bowl. Pour around a cup of lime soda. Marinate for around 15 minutes.
Heat a pan and melt some butter. Add the minced garlic and let it cook using low heat until browned.
Strain the marinade and add the shrimps to the pan. Toss them gently and cook until they change into orange. After a few minutes, remove the shrimps from the pan.
Put the tomato paste into the same pan and sauté for a minute.
Pour around 1/3 cup of lime soda into the pan. Stir until well-combined.
Add the oyster sauce and mix well. Let it cook until the sauce is reduced and slightly thickened.
Place the shrimps back to the pan and toss gently to coat with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Stir gently.
Transfer the garlic butter shrimp to a serving plate and sprinkle with some chopped spring onions. Make papak or serve with hot steaming rice. Enjoy!

GARLIC BUTTER SHRIMP DAMPA STYLE :
Ingredients:
2 lbs shrimp, cleaned and deveined
1 1/2 cup lemon lime soda (I used SPRITE)
1/2 cup butter (one stick)
1 head garlic, minced
4 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp olive oil (or any cooking oil)
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Scallions, diagonally sliced
Directions:
1. Clean and Deveined shrimp.
2. In a bowl, put shrimp and pour in lemon lime soda
3. Cover and let it marinate in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight.
4. In a pan, heat oil over medium high heat.
5. Add butter and let it melt.
6. Add garlic, cook until lightly brown
7. Add the marinade, Turn to high heat and bring to boil for at least 5 mins.
8. Turn to medium heat and let it simmer.
9. Add oyster sauce. Mix until well combined.
10. Add brown sugar. Mix until it dissolves.
11. Let it simmer until sauce thickens.
13. Once sauce reached your desired consistency, add the shrimp.
14. Cook shrimp for about 5 mins or until turns pink. Do not overcook.
15. Stir to cook both side of the shrimp.
16. Add scallions and pepper. Stir.
17. Turn off the heat. Garnish with scallions.
18. Serve and Enjoy!
