Hello! Today we are cooking tasty energy snack, nut bars)))) They will be a great snack in the middle of the day!
1. Line a baking dish (8*8 inch) with parchment and brush with a little oil. (I have coconut) 2. Roast almonds at 350F/180C for 10 minutes. Roast pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds at 350F/180C for 5 minutes. 3. Place roasted almonds, roasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, and unsweetened coconut flakes into a bowl. Mix. 4. Pour honey and maple syrup into a saucepan, add salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1-2 minutes. 5. Pour the syrup into the nut and seed mix. Stir quickly. 6. Put the mix in a mold and smooth it out quickly (any glass or roller will do). Leave it for 1 hour. 7. Cut into portioned bars.
everything needs to be done very quickly because the syrup hardens quickly!

Ingredients
½ cup peanuts ½ cup pistachios ½ cup almonds ½ cup cashewnuts 2 cups puffed lotus seeds (makhana) ¼ cup ghee 2 tsps black peppercorns, coarsely crushed 1½ tsps roasted cumin, coarsely crushed 1 tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste
Method
1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add peanuts, pistachios, almonds and cashewnuts. Sauté till the nuts are brown. Add makhana and sauté till they are crisp. Switch the heat off and transfer onto a plate. 2. Heat ghee in the same pan, add crushed black peppercorns, cumin and red chilli powder. Add the roasted mixture and mix till well combined. Add salt and take the pan off the heat. 3. Serve as required or store in an airtight container.
