How To make Frozen Strawberry Pie
1 cup whipping cream
3/4 cup strawberries
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1 prepared pie shell
Beat egg whites until fluffy.
Add berries, lemon juice, sugar and beat no less than 15 minutes.
Whip cream until thick; fold into other mixture.
Pour into prepared pie shell and freeze until ready to serve. (Graham cracker shell works well).
Other berries or fruit may be substitued for the strawberries. - - - Alternative: Use one 12 oz. container Cool Whip or other non-dairy topping instead of cream.

INGREDIENTS I USED:
Baked at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Bake until the crust is your desired brownness (Time may vary depending on your oven.)
3lbs Fresh Cut Strawberries
1 Box Pillsbury Pie Crusts (2 Crusts)
2 Cups Sugar (+ a lil' more if you like????)
1/2 Stick Salted Butter
A Little less than 1/4 C of flour.

▶️ The Recipe: Frozen Strawberry Pie
INGREDIENTS
- A tub of Truwhip or Cool Whip
- 2 7 oz containers plain greek yogurt
- 4 tablespoons of strawberry preserve
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey (add more to taste)
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ready made graham cracker crust
METHOD
- Combine yogurt, preserves, strawberries, honey and vanilla extract in a bowl
- Gently fold in whipped topping
- Spread evenly in pie crust
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight covered with plastic wrap
- Let pie sit out for at least 20 minutes before serving
