1 Bag Fritos
2 Cans Chili Beans
2 Cans Tomatoes
2 Cans Corn, Whole Kernel, Canned
drained
Cheddar Cheese :
grated 1 Large Can Tomato Sauce
Hot Sauce (Opt.) to taste 1 Lb Ground Beef :
browned, drained
Layer in order: fritos, beans, meat, tomatoes, corn, cheese- then repeat. End with fritos and add tomato sauce. Microwave for 10 to 15 minutes. Top with cheese after microwaving. Serve hot.

Ingredients
-Ground Beef (3 lbs)
-1 Can of Nacho cheese
-1 Can of Medium Salsa
-2 Packages of Taco Seasoning
-1 Bag of Shredded Mexican Cheese
-Half a Onion (diced)
-Half a Tomato (diced)
-2 Bags of Chili Cheese Fritos
-2 Bags of Original Fritos
-Sour Cream
-Green Onions
-1 Tablespoon of Seasoning Salt

This recipe is chessy, crunchy, and delicious. You will love Frito pie once you try.
INGREDIENTS:
1lb Ground Beef
Seasoning
Yellow Onion
15oz Can Ranch Style Beans
4 Cups Fritos
19oz Can Enchilada Sauce
15oz Can Fire Roasted Tomatoes
8oz Cheese
Green Onion
Jalapenos
Sour Cream
HOW TO COOK:
1. Cook ground beef with onion and season.
2. Once ground beef is cooked, add beans and tomatoes.
3. Transfer to a baking dish and add enchilada sauce.
4. Layer with cheese and Fritos.
5. Bake 350°F for 20 minutes.
6. Top with sour cream, green onion, and jalapenos.

Easy to make Frito Pie Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
▢ 1 pound lean ground beef
▢ 1 yellow onion medium onion, peeled and diced
▢ 1 package taco seasoning mix
▢ 1 cup salsa
▢ 15 ounce kidney beans drained and rinsed
▢ 15 ounce cream style corn
▢ 9 oz. bag Fritos corn chips divided
▢ 2 cups shredded cheese divided
▢ Optional toppings - with your favorite taco toppings: green onion, cilantro, sliced black olives, tomato and a dollop of sour cream/
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Prepare a 9x13-inch glass baking dish by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.
2. Crumble the ground beef into a large skillet. Add the onions and cook over medium-high heat, stirring often, cook ground beef until fully browned. Drain off the excess fat if desired.
3. Add the taco seasoning mix and cream style corn stir to combine. Add the salsa, corn and beans; stir well; bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring often.
4. Pour half Fritos into the bottom of the large baking dish and sprinkle with 1 cup of the cheese. Evenly spread the meat mixture over the chips. Add the rest of the corn chips then add the remaining cheese on top of the Frito corn chips.
5. Cover the casserole and bake the casserole at 350ºF for 18-20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
6. Cool slightly before serving. Sprinkle with garnishes; cilantro, sliced onions and tomatoes, serve with a dollup of sour cream and salsa
