How To make Freezer Mix Tacos
MEAT FILLING:
1 pk Beef-Tomato Freezer Mix
2 t Chili powder
1/8 t Cayenne red pepper
1 ds Red pepper sauce
1/4 c Water
SHELLS AND TOPPINGS:
8 ea Taco shells
1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
1 c Lettuce; shredded
1 ea Tomato; chopped, medium
Dip container of frozen mix into hot water just to loosen. In 2-quart saucepan, heat frozen mix and remaining ingredients to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring frequently, until mix is partially thawed, about 15 minutes. Uncover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. While Meat Filling is simmering, Heat taco shells as directed on package. Spoon Meat Filling into taco shells. Top filling with cheese, lettuce and tomato. If desired, serve with taco sauce.

Salt - to taste
Overcooked Rice - 1 ½ cup
Roasted Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Black Pepper - ½ tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 1 chopped fine
Red chlli flakes - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Coriander chopped - 1 tbsp
Plain Flour / Maida - ½ cup
Corn Starch - ½ cup
Water - to make a batter
Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
Oil - to shallow fry patty
For Harissa Dressing - Water - 2 cups
Whole Red Chillies - 15
Shahi Jeera - ½ tsp
Garlic - 4-5 cloves
Salt - as per taste
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
Coriander fresh - 1 tbsp
Water - 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise - to make a dressing out of paste around - 3/4 cup
To Assemble & Cook
Lachha Paratha, half cooked - 5
Mexican Seasoning - 1 tbsp
Chopped Coriander - 2 tbsp
Cheese - ¼ cup (optional)
Butter - ¼ cup to coat/cook

✅marinade for at least 1 hour
✅grill the whole steak first then chop but if you want to chop the meat first then you can do that but keep in mind your meat is going to go through the boiling process rather than grilling

2 tsp magi seasoning or Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 1 lemon or 1 tbsp

1 tsp lemon pepper
Salt to taste

Hello Foodies! Welcome to the pot roast series. Today I'm doing the BEST Pot Roast Tacos at home, so let me give you my pot roast taco recipe! These fast and easy tacos are one of my favorite freezer meals to always have on hand. In order to make the best pot roast, be sure to check out the original video where I took a few pot roasts and prepped them for 4 meals.

➤All of that amazing juice we saved for French Onion Soup and for some Beef and Barley Soup.
➤The left over pot roast became these beauties! Once the orignal pot roast is cooled, place the shredded meat into a quart baggie and freeze.
➤Thaw in the refrigerator the night before for a super-fast skillet heat up (med. heat for about 4 minutes).
➤To add a fun twist you can make some fast chimichuri by blending up 2 shallots, 4 cloves of garlic, one leafy head of parsley, 2t. salt, 1t. red pepper flakes, 1t. oregano, and 3T of red wine vinegar.
➤After 9 short pulses, scrape into a bowl and add 1c. of extra virgin olive oil.
➤Allow to sit for at least 10min. before tasting for salt, acid and heat.
➤Serve the tacos on corn or flour tortillas accompanied with any of your favorite taco toppings.
