How To make Frankfurter Macaroni Bake
1/2 cup chopped onions
3/4 cup chopped celery
1 pound frankfurters -- sliced diagonally
4 tablespoons butter
3 cups cooked shell or elbow macaroni
1 1/4 cups water
3/4 cup catsup
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Saute onions, celery, and frankfurter slices in butter until browned. Add remaining ingredients. Turn into a 2 quart casserole. top with buttered bread crumbs and bake in a hot oven 375 degrees 20-25 minutes.

Ingredients List
2 boxes of Rigatoni Pasta
I used Ground Beef but used any meat of your choice.
3-4 tablespoons of Haitian Epis
1 jar of ragu four cheese
1 jar of pasta sauce
Sharp Cheddar Chees, Gouda cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Colby jack and Monterrey Cheese, Laughing Cow cheese
2 Sazon packet used in total
2 tablespoons of Adobo powder
2-3 tablespoons of Tomato Paste
2-3 tablespoons of oil
1 stick of butter
Bell peppers
Chopped onion
Chopped Fresh Thyme and Rosemary
1 tablespoon of Onion powder
1 tablespoon of Black pepper
1 tablespoon of ground thyme
2 limes juice
2 tablespoons of Vinegar
Minced garlic 1 spoonful of Mayo
1 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Cans of Evaporated Milk
1 spoonful of Mayo
*Always double check your food to your liking and add seasoning to your meat sauce to your liking please*
* I added 1 jar of Pasta Sauce in the Ground beef*

INGREDIENTS:
800g elbowed pasta
400g sausages
1 large onion
2 medium tomatoes
9-10 Chillies
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
3 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup pasta sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tsp salt (according to taste)

Penne Pasta with Sausages
Serves 4-5
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Mon Salwa Supremo Chicken cheese sausages 8 pieces
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 4 large
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Red/Green chillies chopped 3-4 (optional)
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Penne pasta 300g (boiled as per pack’s instructions)
-Cheddar cheese grated ¾ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
-Cut chicken cheese sausages into thin slices & set aside.
-Fire roast tomato over medium flame until skin is charred and remove charred skin & discard then roughly chop tomatoes & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic & mix well.
-Add onion,mix well & sauté until translucent.
-Add sausages,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Now add chopped tomatoes,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add salt,black pepper powder,red chilli powder,red/green chillies & mix well.
-Add water,cover & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add boiled pasta & give it a good mix.
-On low flame,add cheddar cheese,fresh coriander & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for a minute.
-Garnish with fresh parsley & serve!

-Karahi mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
-Sausages dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Ab chopped tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Namak,kali mirch powder,lal mirch powder aur red/green chillies dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pani dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Boiled pasta dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Halki ancch per cheddar cheese aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein.

Ingredients
- 500g dried elbow pasta
- 120g unsalted butter
- 70g all-purpose flour
- 1L milk
- 250g medium sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 250g red Leicester cheese, grated
- 225g grated Gruyere cheese, grated
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp English mustard
- 60g panko breadcrumbs
Method
1. Start by making the cheese sauce. In a med pot over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the flour and whisk. Cook this for 2-3 minutes
2. Slowly add the milk while whisking the whole time.
3. Once you have a smooth sauce, add 3/4 of the grated cheese and melt it into your sauce on medium heat.
4. Once the cheese is melted, season it with salt and pepper and mix in the mustard.
5. Cook the pasta to the packet instructions and once cooked, drain well.
6. Add the cooked and drained pasta back to the pot and pour over the cheese sauce.
7. Mix well and add to an oven-safe dish.
8. Sprinkle a handful of panko breadcrumbs over the top, followed by the remaining grated cheese and then another handful of panko.
9. Bake and 180°c for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and delicious.
