How To make Fisherman's Pie
3 c Potatoes, mashed
3 c Water
1/2 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 c White crab meat
1/4 c Butter
1 c Pet milk
1 ts Tabasco sauce
1 tb Parsley
1/2 lb Cod
1/2 lb Catfish
2 tb Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c Cheddar cheese
Press 2 cups potatoes in 9 inch glass pie plate to form pie shell. Put cod in sauce pot, cover with water, bring to boil, lower heat and simmer 5 minutes. Add catfish and shrimp and simmer until catfish flakes and shrimp are about done. Drain off stock and reserve. Flake fish; add crab to seafood , place mixture in potato shell and set aside. Melt butter in skillet. Add flour and stir constantly; do not brown. Add milk and a half cup reserved fish stock. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Add salt, Tabasco, worcestershire and parsley. mix well. Pour sauce over seafood mixture. Place remaining potatoes in pastry bag, then pipe ring of potatoes around pie, with rosette in the middle. Sprinkle pie with cheese. bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Date: 04-08-91 Area: Cooking

How to make Fisherman's pie or Fish Pie, classic British dish
Fisherman's pie / Fish Pie, /classic British dish. The fisherman comes home and gives his loving wife some leftover fish that he couldn't sell, every country has a dish like this, and this one is ours British cooking at its best. Classic fisherman's pie should have a white bechamel sauce, some vegetables, a selection of fish and topped with creamy mashed potatoes.
Top it with cheese and bake until golden and you have the best fisherman's pie, enjoy

Salmon fillet 400g / 14oz
Cod or haddock 400g / 14oz
Smoked white fish 250g / 9oz
Raw prawns peeled 150g / 5.3oz
Leek 1 large
Peas 150g / 5.3oz
White onion 1
Garlic cloves 2
Bay / Rosemary / Thyme / Chives
Maris piper potatoes 2.5k / 5.5lb
Strong cheddar 100g / 3.5oz
Butter for mash 200g / 7oz
The sauce
Milk 1L / 1.75 pints

INGREDIENTS FOR DOUGH:
1 Kg Ap- flour
3Tbsp cold chopped unsalted butter
2 Large eggs
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 Tbsp nutmeg powder
1/2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 Tbsp salt
1/4 Tsp salt
INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING:
Tuna fish as needed or 2 mackerel fish
1 Chopped onion
1 Chopped carrot
*Blended tomato mix
1 fresh plum tomato
1 Scotch bonnet pepper
1 garlic clove
Small piece of ginger.
1 Tbsp thyme
1/2 Tsp rosemary
1/2 Tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp curry powder
Vegetable oil to fry
Salt to your taste if needed

Curried Fish Pie | Jamie & Buddy Oliver
Jamie takes the principles of a classic fish pie recipe and gives it an incredible curry twist. Generous pieces of haddock, salmon and lemon sole are gently cooked in a spiced base along with large succulent prawns and hard boiled eggs. With Buddy on hand to help Jamie tops the pie with smooth mashed potato and bakes it until golden and bubbling. The spicy temper drizzled over the top really makes it a dish to die for.
