Ingredients
4 pieces of frozen mackerel fillets, about 360g, defrost
1 bulb garlic, peeled and minced
4 red chillies, de-seeded and chopped (can use more or less)
1 stalk spring onion
Oil for frying
Sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
Zest and juice of 1 lime
3 Tbsp Thai sweet chilli sauce
2 Tbsp fish sauce|2 Tbsp water

With all the lockdowns and no EVENTS anywhere, I am seriously thinking of making home food for Delivery.
The only Problem I am Facing is that I am way out of Town and so deliveries will be even more expensive than the Food, which I think I will solve by doing Deliveries ourselves driving from one customer to the other and have maybe 20-30 deliveries per day and charge 100 baht per Delivery/Customer
I plan to start with 1 dish first and then slowly add more dishes when i get organized better.
The Dish - Sindhi Green Fish Curry Sao Masalo (Nam Prik Pakchi Pla) (using Salmon, White Snapper, Red Snapper , Barracuda)
Price plan would be 250 baht a dish with 2 slices of Fish and a Potato with Gravy.

They also Have Crabs and River Prawns and Etc
