How To make Finnish Pancakes
8 ea Large eggs
1 qt Fresh milk
4 tb Sugar
1 t Salt
1 c Flour
1/4 lb Butter
Melt 1/4 lb. butter in pan 12" x 16". Mix lightly with beater - milk and eggs; then add sugar, salt and flour. Pour mixed batter over melted butter. Bake in 450? oven for 20-23 minutes. Cut recipe in half for
9" x 13" pan. Cut recipe in forths for 8" x 8" pan.

The best day of the week Finland Friday! You asked Finnish food recipes and here you get the frst one! Finnish pancake is really easy and fast to make, you need just basic ingredients, not expensive or weird things. :D Enjoy with strawberry jam!
How To Make Finnish Pancake
3 cups milk
6 eggs
3 Tbsp sugar
1/2 Tsp salt
3/4 cup flour
1/2 a stick of butter
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Melt a half a stick of butter on low.
While the butter is melting mix the rest of the ingredients in a blender.
Take a 9 x 13 pan and pour in melted butter (optional spray pan with baking spray first).
Then pour in egg mixture and bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 - 35 minutes.
It's finished when the edges next to the pan are a deep golden brown.
Serve with maple syrup.

I grew up eating the delicious Pannukakku! (Finnish Pancake). While in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan visiting my mom, I thought it'd be fun to do a vlog showing how to make this simple yet unique pancake recipe from Finland.

Finnish Pancakes (Pannukakku)
4 Eggs
4 cups milk
2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
Melt 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick) in each pan before pouring in batter
Mix all together to create batter and pour into TWO 9x13 inch pans
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for ~45 minutes

Finnish oven pancake
EQUIPMENT
1 half sheet pan. 18x13 inch
INGREDIENTS
4 cups milk
4 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoon ground cardamom (from green pods)
3 tablespoon butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Add in the milk and eggs and give it a whisk.
Let your batter rest for at least 30 minutes. The clumps will even out when the flour swells.
Warm your oven to 400 F (200 C)
Melt the butter on the sheet pan in the oven. Take out the pan and give it a swirl so the butter spreads out evenly.
Pour your batter on the hot pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes until nicely browned.
Giant bubbles will form on the pannukakku while baking. You can break them while baking, so you get a more even color.
Serve slightly cooled with strawberry jam.
