~INGREDIENTS~
Measuring cup used- 200ml
Cake tin used- 6 diameter
All purpose flour or maida- 1 and 1/2 cup or 225 g
Refined oil- 1/2 cup
Milk- 3/4 cup approx
Powdered sugar- 3/4 cup or Approx 112 g
Baking powder- 1 and 1/2 tsp
Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
Lemon juice- 1 tsp
Tutti frutti- 1/4 cup

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1/3 CUP SUGAR
1 TBSP WATER
COOK UNTIL CARAMELISED
POUR IN A MOULD
KEEP ASIDE
MAKING PUDDING MIXTURE :
3 EGGS
1/3 CUP SUGAR
MIX WELL
1 TSPN VANILLA
1 CUP MILK
MIX WELL
POUR THE MIXTURE OVER THE CARAMEL
VANILLA CAKE BATTER:
2 EGGS
BEAT FOR 1 MIN.
1/3 CUP SUGAR
BEAT UNTIL FLUFFY
2 TBSP OIL
1 TSPN VANILLA ESSENCE
MIX WELL
½ CUP FLOUR
2 TBSP COCOA POWDER
½ TSPN BAKING POWDER
SIEVE
MIX WELL
POUR THE CAKE BATTER OVER THE PUDDING MIXTURE
BOIL SOME WATER IN A CURRY PAN
PLACE THE MOULD
COVER THE LID WITH A CLOTH
STEAM FOR 35-40 MIN.
COOL DOWN COMPLETELY & KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR 1 HOUR
REMOVE FROM THE MOULD

I love baking and I love cinnamon anything so I looked up a fairly simple recipe for these yummy Cinnamon Cupcakes and I thought I would share it with you guys. Churro Cupcake Recipe:
Ingredients
For Cupcakes:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups cake flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 3/4 cups sugar, plus 2 tablespoons for dusting
4 large eggs, room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups milk
For Cinnamon Sugar Crunchy Topping:
Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
For Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting:
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
5 cups confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon milk (if desired)
Instructions
For Cupcakes:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line standard muffin tins with paper liners.
Whisk together both flours, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
With an electric mixer on medium-high speed, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating until each is incorporated, scraping down sides of bowl as needed.
Beat in vanilla.
Reduce speed to low.
Add flour mixture in three batches, alternating with two additions of milk, and beating until combined after each.
Fill each cupcake liner three-quarters full.
Bake 20 minutes.
Transfer tins to wire racks to cool completely before removing cupcakes.
Top with cinnamon sugar crunchy topping and cinnamon cream cheese frosting.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
For Cinnamon Sugar Crunchy Topping:
In a small bowl melt butter.
In another small bowl combine the sugar and cinnamon.
When cupcakes are completely cooled brush melted butter on the tops and dip into the cinnamon sugar mixture.
For Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting:
In a medium bowl, beat butter and cream cheese until light.
Mix in vanilla and cinnamon; add confectioners' sugar 1 cup at a time until all is incorporated.
If the frosting gets too thick, add milk a few drops at a time until it reaches desired consistency.

Hello everyone today am sharing the “Moist chocolate & banana muffins recipe”
These banana muffins are so easy to make that are moist , fluffy and taste amazing , I love adding chocolate sauce on top of it but you can leave them out or swap them for nuts. A must try recipe ????????
Moist chocolate banana muffins recipe:-
Ingredients :-
Banana : 3 (mashed)
Oil / butter : 1cup
Powdered white sugar : 1/4cup
Brown sugar : 1/3cup
Eggs : 2
Flour : 2cups
Baking powder : 1.5tsp
Baking soda : 1 tsp
Vanilla essence : 1tsp
Milk : 1/8cup
Method :-
Simply take bowl add all liquid ingredients ,whisk it for 5 minutes ,then add dry ingredients mix it well. pour the better in cup cake molds. Bake the muffins at 180°C for 15-20 minutes . Then decorate it with chocolate sauce .
Preparation time: 30 minutes
