How To make Fettucini & Mushrooms
8 oz Veget-flavored fetucini;
-or ANY pasta(NO'S comment) 3 tb Virgin olive oil;
2 lg Garlic cloves; minced
3/4 lb Fresh mushrooms; sliced
1/4 c Dry white wine;
2 tb Fresh lemon juice;
1/4 ts To 1/2 ts hot pepper flakes;
1/4 ts Salt;
1/2 ts Pepper;
1 ts Chopped fresh parsley;
Bring a large kettle of water to a boil and cook until at dente, 10 to 12 minutes. Drain in a colander and set aside. Meanwhile, in a large non-stick skillet, heat 1 teaspoon of the oil and cook garlic about 1 minute. Add mushrooms and cook, strring about, about 5 minutes. Add wine, lemon juice, hot pepper flakes and salt. Bring to a simmer and cook about 10 minutes until has evaporrated. Stir remaining oil, pepper and parsley. Remove from heat, add pasta to sauce in skillet, toss and reheat over low heat. Fresh fettuccine pasta recipe with Creamy Chicken, Chive & Mushroom sauce
Creamy Chicken and Mushroom pasta sauce is an incredibly popular recipe and adds another layer of texture and flavour to this easy homemade fresh fettuccine pasta dough recipe that you can make with or without a pasta machines.
To freeze leftover raw fettuccine, place the baking tray of cut and prepared fettuccine in the freezer for about 15 minutes. Make sure strands aren't sticking to each other or the pan. Transfer the semi-frozen pasta to airtight bags. Label, date, and place in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Creamy Mushroom Fettuccine - Classic Italian Recipe
Traditional Fettuccine Panna & Funghi (cream and mushrooms) recipe and ingredients:
20 minutes -
3 garlic cloves
50gr salted butter
250 gr mushrooms
200 gr parmigiano
1 pint heavy cream
2 glasses of white wine
A bunch of parsley
Salt as needed
Recipe:
Melt the butter and ass chopped garlic to it. Stir fry for a few minutes and add chopped mushrooms with the parsley.
Cook until the mushrooms are soft then add two glasses of white wine. Put your flame on high to burn the alcohol off for a few minutes. Turn your flame back down and add 1 pint of heavy cream and half of your Parmesan, stir and add salt as needed. Cool for 5 minutes and done!
Cook your pasta in a hot water pan and salt it. Once pasta is rinsed add to the pan with the cream sauce in it and stir. Serve with some parsley and Parmesan garnish ;)
