2 6-Oz cans lump crabmeat
drained
1/2 cup Water chestnuts :
finely chop
1/4 cup Soft breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon Plus 1 t. dried parsley
Flakes 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Dark sesame oil
3 tablespoons Reduced-caloire mayonnaise
Vegetable cooking spray Lemon wedges opt'l Green onion fan :

Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Shape crabmeat= mixture into 8 patties. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray;= place over medium-high heat until hot. Add crabmeat patties, and cook 6 to= 8 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides, turning once. Transfer to=

Ingredients
1 lb lump crab
3/4 cup almond flour ( for low carb version) or crushed ritz crackers or panko bread crumbs
1/2 minced bell pepper
1 small onion minced
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
lemon
2 tsp old bay
1 tsp salt free cajun
1 tsp cajun
1/2 tsp pepper
lemon pepper
*use seasoning and salt to taste
1/4 cup chopped parsley
3 Tbsp mayo
2 eggs
Aioli
3 tbsp mayo
1/2 clove garlic
old bay hot sauce
honey
lemon

I love crab cakes and if it’s on a menu, i’m ordering it! They’re not too hard to make so here’s how you can make them at home.

Recipe
Ingredients
- 120g mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp old bay seasoning
- Small handful parsley, chiffonade
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce of your choice
- 450g picked crab meat
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- Salt to taste
- Oil for shallow frying
Method
1. Start by mixing the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, old bay, parsley and chilli sauce.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the crab meat, egg, panko and salt.
3. Add the crab to the mayo and fold through, trying not to break up the crab meat anymore.
4. Roll this mix into 8 crab patties
5. In a skillet, add 1/2 cm of oil over med-high heat.
6. Pan fry the crab cakes until golden brown on both sides.
Ingredients Mayo
- 125ml olive oil
- 125ml grapeseed oil
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 egg yolk
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 2 tbsp water
- Salt to taste
Method
1. Start by adding the oils, juice of 1/2 a lemon, egg yolk, 1 tbsp of water and the mustard to a tall glass or container.
2. Place your stick blender at the bottom of the container and turn it on. Slowly bring it to the top, being careful not to split the mayo.
3. Once you have emulsified all the oil into the yolks, check how thick it is, and if it's too thick, add the other tbsp of water.
4. Add a pinch of salt, blend once more and then check for seasoning, both salt and acidity. If it needs more acid, simply add the other half of the lemon.
Ingredients Tartare sauce
- 125ml mayonnaise
- 40g diced capers
- 40g diced shallots
- 40g diced cornichons
- Zest of half a lemon
- Small bunch of dill, finely cut
Method
1. Mix everything together and you're good to go!
These Asian Style Crab Cakes are AMAZING!
Crab cakes are always a welcome appetizer for me and sometimes I get a craving. The other day was one of these times when nothing but a delicious crab cake would do. I was feeling inspired though and thought I'd try something new and put a little spin on my crab cakes. After a bit of digging through the fridge and seeing what ingredients I had, Asian Style Crab Cakes were born. These crab cakes have a nice ginger flavor with a little bit of heat. You can serve them as appetizers or for a meal. Enjoy!
Crab Cake ingredients
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 teaspoon wasabi
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon minced ginger
1 shallot
1 garlic clove, minced
8 - 9 ounces lump crab meat
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
Kosher Salt and pepper to taste
Garnishes for the Crab Cakes
green onions
wasabi sauce
sriracha sauce
lime wedge
Crab Chilaquiles recipe -
For the Crab Cake Sauce
1/4 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1/2 - 1 teaspoon lime zest
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
salt to taste - My mayo has salt in it so I didn't add any extra.

Crab Cake Popper Ingredients
oil for frying
2 oz. cream cheese softened
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 egg lightly beaten
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp Cedar wood smoked seafood seasoning or Cedar plank salmon seasoning
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 lb crab meat
1/3 cups shredded mozzarella
1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp finely chopped chives
3/4 cups panko bread crumb
3/4 cups pinko bread crumbs dredging
salt + ground black pepper to taste
parmesan cheese for garnish
parsley chopped (for garnish)
Aioli Sauce
1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 1/2 tbsp BBQ sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
Add smoked paprika for smokiness or cayenne for spiciness
Notes freeze for 30 mins.- 1hr before frying.
Oil needs to be 350F
Deep fry for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
