Ingredients:
Filling ke liye : Oil - 1 tbsp
Hari Mirch - 2 (crushed)
Lehsun - 5-6 cloves (crushed)
Adrak - 1 inch (crushed)
Lal Mirch powder - 1/2 tsp
Kali Mirch Pepper - ½ tsp
Haldi powder - 1/4 tsp
Namak - as per taste
Frankie Masala / Chat Masala - 1 tbsp
Dhaniya : 2tbsp Chopped
Aloo : 6 Boiled, Peeled & Mashed
Vinegar / Sirca / nimbu ka ras - 4 tbsp
Hari Mirch - 3
Namak - 1 pinch
Maida - 2/3 cup
Atta - 1/3 cup
Namak - 1 tsp
Water - to make dough
Maida - roti belne ke liye ¼ cup
Butter Tel - 5-6 tsp each
Pyaaz : 4 chopped fine
Hari Chutney : 3 tbsp
Dhaniya - 2 tbsp
Chat Masala - 1 tsp
Cheese aur Schezwan sauce aap laga sakte ho :)

Be it Aloo Frankie, Cheese Frankie or Schezwan Frankie. We all love it, don't we? Today, let's make the perfect Street Style Veg Frankie Recipe at home. Totally inspired from Amarjit Singh Ji's version or better known as Tibb's Version :)

Ingredients:
Rotis : Flour/Maida - 2/3 cup
Wheat Flour/Atta - 1/3 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Water - to make dough
Flour - as required to dust while rolling
Method:
For Dough: In a bowl, add in the maida & atta, salt and oil. Use water as required to make a soft dough, knead dough for 5-6 minutes. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
Divide dough into 6 portions, and roll into large thin rotis. Cook in very hot tawa for 10-15 seconds each side. Keep covered!

Pickled Green Chili: Vinegar/lemon juice- 4 tbsp
Green Chili : 3 chopped
For Pickled Green Chili - soak the chilies in vinegar for 15-20 mins.

Filling : Oil - 1 tbsp
Ginger - 1 inch (crushed)
Garlic - 5-6 cloves (crushed)
Green Chili - 2 (crushed)
Frankie Masala - 1 tbsp (more or less)
Red Chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Potatoes: 6 Boiled, Peeled & Mashed
Salt - as per taste
Coriander Leaves : 2tbsp Chopped
Water - 1/4 cup
For Filling: In a pan, add in the oil, ginger-garlic-greenchili and saute for a minute.
Follow it up with frankie masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder and roast for a minute.
Add in the potatos, coriander leaves, salt and mix well. Add water if required. Take out from pan, let cool.

For Making Frankie : Butter & Oil - 6 tsp each
Onions: 4 chopped fine
Green Chutney : 3 tbsp
Final Method: Toast rotis in tawa using oil & butter in very high flame.
Make oblong cutlets using the potato filling, roast them in the tawa.
Place the cutlet in the roti, some onions on top along with pickled green chilis and frankie masala. Smear Green chutney and roll it up! Serve hot!
Frankie Masala Ingredients:
• Oil - 1/2 tsp
• Asafoetida - 1/8 tsp
• Black peppercorns- 1/4 tsp
• Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
• Coriander Seeds - 1/2 tsp
• Anardana - 1 tsp
• Amchoor - 2 tsp
• Saunth Powder - 1/4 tsp
• Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
• Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
• Turmeric Powder 1/8 tsp
Method: In a pan, add in oil, and - asafoetida, blackpeppercorns, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, anardana seeds and roast for 2-3 minutes in low flame.
Then add in - amchoor powder, saunth powder, salt, chili powder and turmeric. Mix well, turn off flame and let cool.
Grind to a powder and use!
