Homemade Fruit Pizza Recipe (From Scratch!)
You start with a sugar cookie-type crust on a pizza baking platter layered with a cream cheese frosting, upon which are placed variable fruits in a beautiful circular design. Blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, banana, raspberries, blackberries, cherries, and any other fruit that tempts your palate are place on the pizza-sized crust. The colorful effect is extremely festive, and the taste can produce paroxysms of epicurean delight. This is an easy dessert for large dessert hors d’oeuvre gatherings.
