How To make Famous Amos Chocolate Chip Cookies2
3/4 pound Butter or margarine
3/4 cup Crisco or corn oil
1 1/2 cups Brown sugar -- packed
2 cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons Baking soda
3/4 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
4 cups Flour
7 ounces Flaked coconut
1 12 ounces Pk semi-sweet chocolate chip
6 ounces Pecans -- broken
Combine as listed and shape into 2" balls 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375~ for 15 minutes. Transfer at once from baking sheets to paper toweling to cool. These freeze well either before or after baked.

I was so excited when I tasted these cookies, as they taste just like them! Dare I say… better ???????? I ate three in one go and struggled to stop ????

All you need is:
115g Unsalted butter, melted
150g Light brown sugar
115g Granulated sugar
1 Large egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract
160g Plain flour
20g Cocoa powder
1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp Salt
100g Milk/dark Chocolate chips
100g White chocolate chips
Bake 160C (fan) 8-10 mins
Makes about 20 cookies
Tip: When they cookies come out the oven, they will look puffy and underdone. Let them cool for 15 mins on the tray before moving them. They will flatten and crinkle like in the photo ????
The texture is just like Subway cookies!

Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies

Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies
Makes 4 dozen cookies
2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup pecans
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 ½ cups HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 ½ cups HERSHEY'S Butterscotch Chips
1. Spread pecans onto a baking sheet and bake at 375°F until just toasted, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from oven and transfer to a wire rack. Allow to cool completely. Place cooled pecans in a blender and pulse until finely crumbed. (This step can be made three days ahead and kept at room temperature in an air tight container.
2. Stir together flour, pecans, baking soda and salt; set aside.
3. Place granulated sugar in stand mixer bowl, sift brown sugar into bowl, add butter and beat until light and airy, about 2-3 minutes. Gradually add flour mixture. Beat just until streaks remain. Turn off mixer, finish incorporating remaining flour by hand with a sturdy spatula. Add in HERSHEY’S Kitchens Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chip and HERSHEY’S Kitchens Butterscotch Chips, stir to combine.
4. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.

Black Chocolate Chocolate Chips Cookies
2 cups flour
1/4 cup black chocolate powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups raw sugar
1 pinch sea salt
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups dark chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Line cookie sheets with silicon mats, set aside.
Combine flour, black chocolate, and baking soda. Mix well. Set aside.
Beat butter and sugar. add salt, eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
On low mix in the flour mixer into the butter mixture until just incorporated. Add chocolate chips and pecans. Mix until just combined.
Drop onto prepared cookies sheet by the large tablespoon full. leaving enough room to spread.
Bake 8 - 10 minutes until just set.
Remove from oven. Let rest 2 - 3 minutes and move to cool rack to finish cooling.

EASY SELF RISING FLOUR CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
