I wanted to show you guys how I make Cuban coffee. Enjoying a cafecito with a guava and cheese pastelitos from a Cuban bakery is one of the things I miss most about living in Miami. Drinking a cafecito was also an essential coffee routine. Luckily, I did learn to make a café Cubano while I was there so I wanted to show you guys how I make one in a Moka Pot.
Special thanks to Hexnub (bit.ly/40dlBZi) for sending over the moka pot stand to try. This is not a sponsored video and they did not pay me to make this video. But I told they if I enjoyed their product I would feature it in a video.

How to make good espresso ☕️
Cocina Cuarentena | Espresso Romano
Espresso Romano (Roman espresso) is espresso with a twist of lemon zest and a little lemon juice. Awkwardly, it is actually not done in Rome (or Italy) at all. I asked several of my Italian friends from various parts of Italy and none of them had ever heard of it. The closest thing I found in Italy was moretta fanese which is a coffee based drink that features the lemon twist but aso anise, rum, and brandy. There is a similar drink in Spain called café del tiempo that also includes lemon but is iced rather than hot. Long story short, the origins are disputed, but the beverage is delicious. The most refreshing summer espresso drink
I've coined this drink a Black Diamond ????
Ice cubes ????❄️ Sparkling water ????✨ Doppio Espresso ☕
So beautiful in summer, but be aware the Espresso will react with the bubbles and create a frothy head so leave enough room at the top of your glass otherwise it will foam over. ????
