Alkaline Vegan WALNUT MEAT PIE - Vegan Empanadas - Easy Vegan Nigerian Meat Pie - Walnut Taco Meat
#Veganenchiladas #Meatpie
My Walnut Meat Pies will blow your socks off. These Ground Walnut Meat Pies (Empanadas) are entirely Vegan (No Meat or Animal Products) and are nothing but delish! One bite and you'll never regret going Vegan. They're 100 percent Dr. Sebi Approved, so if you're living the Alkaline Lifestyle, you have nothing to worry about. Also, most of the ingredients used have low glycemic indexes. I made the dough from Spelt and Kamut Flours. I also added some chickpeas to the Walnut meat filling.
One mistake I made was, I used coarse Celtic Sea Salt Rather than fine Sea Salt. I still found some undissolved salt in the dough since the resting time (20 Mins) isn't enough for the salt to fully melt. Every other thing, including the Walnut Meat was superb. Give this a try and let me know in the comments section how yours came out. Also, hit the like button and please subscribe to my channel for more awesome videos. I make new videos every week. Thank you for watching!
