How To make Egg Roulade
FILLING:
1 md Fine chopped onion
2 tb Olive oil
1 md Size sweet red pepper cored
Seeded and cut into 1/2 Inch dice 1 pk (10-oz) frozen chopped
Spinach thawed and squeezed Dry 1 ts Grated lemon rind
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Sugar
1/8 ts Pepper
3/4 c Ricotta cheese drained
ROULADE:
1/4 c (1/2 stick) unsalted
Butter 1/3 c Unsifted all purpose
Flour 1 1/3 c Warmed milk
1/4 ts Pepper
6 Separated eggs
1 1/4 c Grated parmesan cheese
1 Egg white
FILLING: Saute onion in oil in large skillet, stirring often, until soft and golden, about 8 minutes. Add red pepper and cook 4 minutes longer. Add spinach, lemon rind, salt, sugar and pepper. Transfer to medium size bowl. Stir in ricotta cheese. Set aside. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottom of 15.5 x 10.5 inch jelly roll pan. Line
bottom withw ax paenly.~ 2. Add the salt and garlic, stirring well. Remove from the heat and stir in the ground chile and oregano, coating the meat evenly with the spices. (If you are using a combination of mild and hot chile, do not add the hot spice yet.) Add a small amount of broth and stir well.~ 3. Return to the heat, add a bit more broth and stir. Continue to add broth, a little at a time, stirring, until the chili is smooth, then reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, for about 1 hour.~ 4. Taste and adjust seasonings adding the ground hot chile to taste at this point. To add, remove the pot from the heat, sprinkle the chile over the top, and stir well.~ 5. Serve the chili with a bowl of freshly stewed pinto beans on the side.~

[재료]
-계란6개, 파프리카 반개, 부추 20g
[계란말이 만들기]
1. 파프리카와 부추를 잘게썬다.
2. 계란의 흰자와 노른자를 분리한다.
3. 흰자에 파프리카와 부추, 소금약간을 넣고 잘 섞어준다.
4. 노른자에 소금조금, 청주 1.5스푼를 넣고 잘 풀어준다.
5. 약불에 식용유를 조금 두르고 흰자를 먼저 부어 잘 말아준다.
6. 흰자를 다 말고 나면, 노른자를 붓고 계속 말아준다.
7. 잘 말아진 계란말이를 썰어준다.
8. 계란말이 완성~

[How to make Korean Egg Rolls]
1. Finely chop the bell pepper and chives.
2. Separate the egg yolk form the white.
3. Add bell pepper, chives, and a little salt to the egg whites and mix well.
4. Add a little salt and 1.5 tbsp of refined rice wine in the yolk and beat it well.
5. Put some cooking oil in a pan over low heat and roll the whites first.
6. When all the whites are used, pour the yolk and continue to roll.
7. Cut the finished Egg Roll into bite-size pieces.

zucchini - 2 pieces
eggs - 3 pieces
flour - 150 g (5.3 oz)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper - 3 g (0.11 oz)
parsley - 20 g (0.7 oz)
Tray size 32 x 32 cm (12.6 x 12.6 in)
In the oven 180°C (356 °F) / 20 min
for the filling:
pressed cheese - 150 g (5.3 oz)
sour cream - 100 g (3.5 oz)
garlic - 2 cloves
salt - 3 g (0.11 oz)
tomatoes - 2 pieces

sour cream - 25 g (0.9 oz)
pressed cheese - 20 g (0.7 oz)
