This super easy Quiche Recipe is so delicious and simple to make. Quiche is one of my favorites because its so versatile. It works just as well for breakfast as it does for dinner! Feel free to be creative and switch it up with your favorite cheeses, vegetables, or meats to make it perfect suit your taste!

Ingredients:
1 pie crust refrigerated
6 large eggs
3/4 cup half and half
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups cooked ham chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
4 tbsp scallions
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F and place frozen pie dish into refrigerator to thaw.
2. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
3. Once the pie crust is thawed, pierce the bottom with a fork then sprinkle the ham, scallions, and 1 cup of the mozzarella and cheddar mix into the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top and sprinkle the remaining cup of cheese on top.
4. Bake for 25 minutes covered then cover with aluminum foil for the remaining 10 minutes if the crust starts to brown too much.
5. Once the center is completely set, let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Quick & Easy Quiche Recipe!! Using Left over cheese | Brunch Breakfast Ideas
This quiche recipe is so easy! It's the perfect chance to using open packets of cheese in the fridge, it doesn't matter what kind you use!! This quich is only made with milk, cheese and egg and always has the most heavenly taste! Add whichever mix ins you prefer, like tomatoes, ham, broccoli or bacon they're all incredible in this quiche. The crust could either be store bought or homemade, it depends on how much time you have. Give this recipe a try and it will just blow you away!

Ingredients:
4 Eggs
2 cups Milk
1 1/2 Shredded Cheese
8 Inch Pie crust
1/2 tsp. Salt
Mix-ins such as tomatoes, ham, or bacon
Directions:
You'll need to start off by placing your pie crust into either an 8 inch pie or cake pan. Poke a few holes on the bottom with your fork and place it into the preheated oven at 375 F. until crispy and golden brown. While that is baking, mix together the milk cheese and egg and season it with the salt. Slice the tomatoes if using and place them on top of the pie crust when it is ready. Pour all of the milk/ egg mixture on top of the tomatoes and crust and bake in a 400 F oven for 45 minutes until rich golden brown. Insert a knife inside and it should come out clean. Allow the quiche to set as it will firm when it cools.

1 Pie dough
Heirloom tomatoes
250 g Cream cheese
100 g Fresh goat cheese
Almonds
Basil
Olive oil
Salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Grease a quiche mold with butter, place the dough, and prick with a fork. Place baking paper over the dough sheet and some dry chickpeas or similar, so the dough does not rise.
2. Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC, remove the baking paper with chickpeas and bake again for 5-10 minutes more until the dough is golden brown and baked.
3. For the cheese mix, combine cream cheese with goat cheese, chopped almonds, and basil. Spread the mixture all over the dough.
4. Cut tomatoes into different size slices and place them on the top of the pie.
5. Add some oil all over the quiche, salt, pepper, and some basil leaves.

Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
3 packed cups fresh spinach or kale
4 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled or chopped
1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
Heat olive oil and garlic in a skillet over medium heat. Add the spinach. Cook and stir until wilted. Set aside.
Whisk the eggs and milk together until combined. Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese, spinach, salt, and pepper. Pour into a greased 9 pie dish.
Bake quiche at 350 until the center is just about set, about 30-40 minutes. Don’t over-bake. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Cover tightly and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

This tomato and cheese quiche really is delightful. Light with two cheese and tasty with cherry tomatoes it is a treat. Our tomato and cheese quiche is very easy to make and great for a light summer meal. Serve it with a green salad and it is perfect for a late afternoon lunch. Try it today our tomato and cheese quiche from the simpleycooking channel.
INGREDIENTS:
200 grams x cherry tomatoes cleaned and halved
70 x grams grated cheddar cheese
1/2 x cup sliced bocconcini cheese
1 x cup pouring cream
2 x tablespoons chopped basil
2 x eggs
1 x sheet thawed puff pastry
(you can also use short crust if you prefer a thicker base)
salt to taste
flan dish with removable base
METHOD:
-preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
-lightly flour your work surface and roll out your pastry sheet approx 1 inch all the way round to stretch it out a little
-gently pick it up and place over the flan dish and lower pastry down pressing it down inside the dish
-once properly in dish, cut off any excess pastry away from the sides
-sprinkle the cheddar cheese all over the pastry
-next place as evenly as you can the cherry tomatoes cut side up
-in a small bowl whisk together the eggs, cream and basil with salt to taste then gently pour over the tomatoes into the flan dish
-place in oven and cook for 25 - 30 minutes or until edges are golden and egg is set
-at the three minute mark, open the oven door and evenly sprinkle the sliced bocconcini in the quiche and return to oven to finish off the cooking
-when ready remove and sit on bench for at least 10 minutes before serving
-best served at room temperature
