Ingredients 1 each chick peas, can 2 each garlic, cloves 4 tablespoon lemon juice 3 tablespoon tahini, (sesame seed paste) 3 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon curry powder, optional
Directions: Drain up to half of the liquid out of the can of chick peas. Put all the ingredients into a mixer and mix on high, stirring occasionally until it is a creamy, paste consistency. Makes a wonderful salad, dip or spread for sandwiches. Garnish with extra-virgin olive oil and fresh mint.
