How To make East West Stir Fry
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound flank steak
thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
4 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/2 cup Chinese wine
1 pound Shanghai bok choy :
cut bottoms and
-- separate leaves
In a wok, heat 3 tablespoons of the olive oil. Add steak, 1/4 teaspoon each of the seasoned salt and garlic salt, 2 tablespoons of the oyster sauce, and 1/4 cup of the wine. Stir fry until steak is medium-rare. Place in a large serving dish. In the same wok, heat the remaining 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the bok choy, the remaining 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt and garlic salt, the remaining 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, and the remaining 1/4 cup wine. Cover and simmer for a minute or until leaves are wilted. Place bok choy on steak. Serve hot. Makes 4 servings.

Here is another popular tasty stir fry cooking. East meet west. Using crunchy walnuts with chinese ( cantonese ) cooking. With 3 kind of colorful bell peppers. Enjoy. Below are the list of Ingredients. Again , thru the courtesy of my long time dedicated viewers, Mr. Michael Taylor. Please , thank him for helping us. So you can copy-paste-print the list.
List of Ingredients: **created by HAPPY WOK **
1.5 pounds chicken quarter (debone & diced)
*marinade: 1 tsp each, rice wine & sesame oil
1 Tbsp each, light soy sauce & corn starch
cooking oil, as needed
1½ cup walnuts
1 Tbsp each, ginger & garlic (minced)
1/2 cup each, bell peppers green, yellow & red
*premix sauce *
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp white sugar
1 Tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/8 tsp white pepper
* slurry* 1/2 tsp corn starch + 1/8 cup water
YOU'LL ENJOY EATING THIS FOR LUNCH OR DINNER//BEEF & POTATO
BEEF and POTATO stew
* 500g beef (flank steak)
* ½ teaspoon each of
* salt
* Crushed Bouillon(knorr beef or maggi)
* Paprika
* Garlic powder
* Onion powder
* Pepper
* Few spring of fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried
* 4 medium Irish potatoes/russet potatoes
* 2 ½ cup of water
* Extra ½ teaspoon of salt
For the vegetable stir fry:
* 2 tablespoons of butter
* 1 small onion (chopped)
* 3-4 cloves of garlic(minced)
* 2 scotch bonnet pepper(chopped)
* 2 carrots
* 1 green bell pepper
* 1 red bell pepper
* Seasoned vegetable stir fry with:
* ½ teaspoon each of salt, chicken bouillon and pepper
* Slurry:
* 1 tablespoon of cornstarch #DINNERINSPIRATION

FAST Vegetable Stir Fry | EASY Chinese Veggies Recipe
LEARN HOW TO COOK A FAST VEGGIE STIR FRY THAT'S BETTER THAN TAKEOUT
LAY HO MA!! Stir fry's can literally be put together in minutes and they are absolutely delicious. Join me in this episode and learn how to cook a fast and easy vegetable stir fry in just 10 minutes! Let's begin
Ingredients:
4 cremini mushrooms
1/4 red onion
3/4 green bell pepper
3/4 red bell pepper
60g broccolini
1/2 cup baby corn
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp black vinegar
splash of toasted sesame oil
drizzle of olive oil
Directions:
1. Quarter the cremini mushrooms. Roughly chop the red onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper. Chop the broccolini into bite sized pieces
2. To make the sauce, combine the hoisin sauce, both soy sauces, black vinegar, and toasted sesame oil
3. Heat up a nonstick pan to medium heat. Drizzle in some olive oil
4. Sauté the red onion and both bell peppers for a couple of minutes
5. Add the mushrooms and broccolini. Sauté for 3-4min
6. Add the baby corn and sauce. Sauté another couple of minutes, then plate and serve
