1/2 c Chopped onion
1/2 c Chopped green pepper
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1 ts Vegetable oil
2 c Skin, cooked diced chicken
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1 1/2 ts Curry powder
28 oz Whole tomatoes, can
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
2 tb Chopped parsley
1/4 c Raisins
2 c Cooked rice
Cook onion, pepper, garlic powder in oil until onion tender, about 3 min. Add remaining ingredients, except rice, cook over low heat for 30 min. Serve over rice. Cal: 340 Fat: 1 2/5g.

Ingredients:
900g (2 pounds) chicken breast, cut into cubes
2 onions
3 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon grated ginger
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoon curry powder
1.5 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 large tomatoes, chopped
1 can (400g/14oz) coconut cream/milk
½ teaspoon garam masala (optional)
Coriander, chopped – for garnish
Directions:
1. In a large pan heat oil. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden, over medium-low heat. stir occasionally.
2. When onions are golden add grated garlic and ginger. Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft. Add curry powder and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes, until golden. Cover the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes more. Add water, cover and cook 10 minutes.
3. Add coconut milk/cream, season with garam masala and salt, stir, and cook until lightly thickens.

1 Kg Chicken, cut into pieces
6 medium Onions, sliced
6 medium tomatoes sliced
2-inch ginger, finely chopped
9 – 10 cloves of Garlic, finely chopped
3 – 4 Green chillies, juliennes
4 tbsp Ghee for cooking
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Vinegar
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
Coriander leaves for garnish

3:51 Add coriander leaves too
4:06 Cashew nuts and Raisins or cranberries
4:19 Switch off the heat & let the stuffing cool
5:27 Do not over stuff the chicken
5:57 Add oregano or any herb to 2 tbsp butter
6:06 Smear butter all over the chicken
6:17 Now sew the cavity with needle & thread
7:27 Truss the legs with a kitchen thread
7:59 Roasting Time : Approx 1 hr 30 min
8:15 Cover with a foil to avoid charring
