How To make Eagle's Banana Creme Pie
baked pastry shell 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
1 2/3 cups Water
14 ounces Eagle Brand Sweetened
Condensed Milk (DO N
MILK) Egg yolks :
beaten 2 tablespoons Margarine or butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
3 medium Bananas
x ReaLemon Lemon Juice from -Concentrate x Whipped Cream In heavy saucepan, dissolve cornstarch in water; stir in sweetened condensed milk and egg yolks. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat; add margarine and vanilla. Cool slightly. Slice 2 bananas; dip in ReaLemon brand and drain. Arrange on bottom of prepared crust. Pour filling over bananas; cover. Chill 4 hours or until set. Spread top with whipped cream. Slice remaining banana; dip in ReaLemon brand, drain and garnish top of pie. Refrigerate leftovers.

No Bake Banana Cream Pie
This delicious pie needs no baking!
Here are the ingredients and recipe:
Easy No-Bake Banana Cream Pie
Pie Crust-any store-bought ready-made pie crust will do. If it is frozen pie crust, make sure to
bake it according to package directions before you begin the filling.
Banana Filling:
● 14 oz. can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
● ¾ cup milk of choice
● 2 - 3.4 oz. boxes instant banana cream or vanilla pudding
Whipped Topping Layer:
● 16 oz. container Cool Whip or whipped topping thawed divided, will use 2 cups in filling
and remainder on top of pie
● 4 Bananas 2 sliced thick for bottom of pie, 1-2 bananas sliced thick for the top of the
pie
Banana Cream Filling:
1. In a large bowl, use a mixer or whisk together sweetened condensed milk, milk, and
pudding mix.
2. Fold in 2 cups of whipped topping.
3. Pour into prepared pie crust.
4. Refrigerate 2 hours to set.
Whipped Cream Layer
1. Garnish with additional 2 cups of whipped cream and bananas. (Nilla Sprinkles if
desired)
2. Cut and serve.

Paula Deen’s No Bake banana pudding is hands down one of, if not, the best out there! The rich and creamy texture, coupled with the short bread cookies make all the difference! It is always the star of the show! You’ll love it!
Ingredients used
6 ripe bananas ( can use 6-8 depending on hour choice)
2 cups of cold milk
8 oz cream cheese (@ room temperature)
2 pks of Chessmen Shortbread cookies (can use up to 3)
1 pack (5oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
12 oz cool whip / homemade whipped cream
1 can (15oz) sweetened condensed milk

Caramel Banana Pie
Karen and I had a great time making and eating pie! We met at Tyler Junior College in Texas (I won't say how long ago!). What a great time in our lives then and now! Karen is a great Southern cook from Paris, Texas and I'm happy she is sharing some of her recipes with us.
This pie is super easy. Bring this caramel banana pie , and you'll be the hit of the party ! It's rich and thick and oh so yummy!
Ingredients
2 cans eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1-2 bananas
cool whip or whipped cream
pie crust
Directions
Remove labels on cans. Put cans in a pot full of water. Cover the cans completely with water and boil for 3 hours. Keep adding water as it evaporates and keep a rolling boil for 3 hours. Let it cool after it's done. After water has cooled enough , drain water and replace with running water from the faucet to help the cooling process.. (Do not leave the house while cans boil in the pot.)
Slice 1 or 2 bananas into the bottom of a prepared pie crust. Open and pour the cooled carmel over the bananas. Cover with cool whip or fresh whipped cream topping. Cool in fridge till time to eat.
Whipped Cream Topping
beat 1 cup of heavy cream till it thickens
Add 5 tsp of sugar & continue to whip
Add 1 tsp vanilla and continue to whip until peaks form.
Karen's Pie Crust
Ingredients
1 stick of butter
1 cup of flour
2 Tbl. powdered sugar
Melt butter in the pie plate. Add the flour and sugar to melted butter. Use a fork to press the dry ingredients into the butter. Use your fingers to push and spread the crust out and up the sides.
Bake at 350 until lightly browned.
