4 Eggs 3 c All-purpose flour 1 c Buttermilk 1 1/2 ts Baking powder 2 ts Vanilla extract Cooking oil for deep frying 1 t Grated lemon or orange peel (opt) Honey Cinnamon Beat eggs; stir in buttermilk, vanilla extract, and grated peel. Combine flour and baking powder. Stir into the egg mixture. Cover with a cloth. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. In a deep fryer, heat oil to 375 F. Drop batter by the tablespoon. Cook 4 minutes, or until doughnuts are golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve hot. ABOUT 30 DOUGHNUTS Note: Batter keeps well in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before cooking.

Ingrédients Pâte 500g de farine 150ml de lait concentré non sucré 2 oeufs Zestes d'une orange 1/2 cac de sel 1/2 cac de muscade Eau de fleur d'oranger 40g de beurre
Farce 100g de coco rappé 2 cas de sucre Arôme vanille 6cas d'eau 1cac de zeste d'orange
Glaçage 200g de sucre 150 ml de lait concentré non sucré ( remplaçable par de l'eau)
