How to make the super yummy Ham and Cheese Foccacia.
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup warm water (250ml)
2 tbsp honey (30ml)
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
3 cup all purpose flour (375g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/4 cup oilve oil (60ml) plus more for drizzling
250g sliced sweet ham
200g shredded mozzarella
