8 Ounces Dolphin Filets
Flour Seasoned With Salt And Pepper
for dredging 2 Ounces Tomato Sauce
Egg Beaten With A Little Milk Italian Bread Crumbs Olive Oil Shredded Mozzarella 2 Ounces Parmesan :
grated
Rinse fillets; pat dry. Dredge in flour, dip in beaten egq, then in bread crumbs to bread the fillets. Place in pan with a little olive oil and pan sear until lightly browned. Place fish a casserole dish or on a baking dish and top with tomato sauce and mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake at 350

My delicious breaded fish fillet recipe is packed full of flavour. It’s baked fish with lemon and parmesan and a crunchy breadcrumb topping. Simply bake in the oven for about 25 minutes for a super easy to prepare family meal, served with vegetables.
The parmesan and lemon juices are mixed into the breadcrumbs and then cooked in the oven to make this lovely baked fish recipe. You can use any fish fillet but for this recipe I recommend haddock or cod.

3 Mahi Mahi fillets
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt, lemon seasoning (or all purpose or fish fish seasoning)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp mixed herbs (thyme, parsley, basil)
1-2 tbsp butter
1/2 red onion

1 cup double cream/ heavy cream

Looking for a new way to cook your favorite snapper? We replaced the chicken in chicken parmesan and created Mutton Parm! ???? It was a nice change from your typical pan seared snapper. In this dish we made homemade tomato sauce (but you could buy it as well), fresh fish, mozzarella and of course parmesan cheese! Recipe:
Fish Ingredients:
Mutton snapper or fish of choice
2 Eggs
1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
Olive Oil
2 tbsp Parsley, chopped, plus more to garnish
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
Homemade Tomato Sauce Ingredients:
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian Herbs
1 Onion, diced
14 oz Tomato Puree
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
*Option use store bought tomato sauce*
Prep Fish:
1. Whisk eggs in bowl. Add chopped parsley, onion powder, 3 garlic cloves minced, salt and pepper to taste.
2. Marinate fish in egg mixture for 15 minutes. (This is when we made our tomato sauce).
3. In a separate bowl combine Italian bread crumbs, 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
4. Dip fish in bread crumb mixture.
5. Coat pan in olive oil and heat over stove. Lightly fry fish 2-3 minutes a side and transfer to greased baking pan.
6. Top fish with tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Tomato Sauce:
1. Coat bottom of sauce pan in olive oil. Add diced onion and cook for three minutes. Add minced garlic, cook for another minute.
2. Stir in tomato puree.
3. Season with Italian Herbs (we used McCormick) and salt and pepper.
4. Allow to simmer for 8 minutes.
Bake Fish:
1. Preheat oven to 425
2. Bake fish for 15-20 minutes or until cheese bubbles and is melted or until fish is white and flaky.
3. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!

This Macadamia Nut Crusted Grouper served on top of a Parmesan Truffle Risotto just might be one of the most delectable dishes we've had this year. You're definitely going to want to stay tuned for this one.
We were lucky enough to head down to Baja and harvest some absolutely delicious Cabrilla (Leopard Grouper) earlier this year. We filleted these fish up with the @DexterOutdoors Dextreme Dual Edge 7 Flexible fillet knife, which made cutting through these tough and scaly fish a breeze.
