How To make Diabetic Yellow Cake& Fluffy Frosting
YELLOW CAKE:
2 c Cake flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/3 c Sugar ( or substitute)
3 tb Dry buttermilk
3/4 c Water, room temp
1/3 c Vegetable oil
1/4 c Sugar substitute(equal to )/
2 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Egg substitute(room temp)
1/4 c Margarine(room temp
FLUFFY FROSTING:
1/2 c Sugar
2 tb Water
2 pk Sweet'n'low
2 Large egg whites
1/4 ts Cream of tartar
1/2 ts Vanilla
YELLOW CAKE:Place dry ingredients in mixer bowl and mix at low speed to blend well. Combine 3/4 cup water, oil, sweetener,vanilla and egg substitute and mix with fork to blend. Add margarine to flour mixture along with liquid mixture and mix with a spoon only until well blended.Spread evenly in a 9" square pan whick has been greased with margarine. Bake 30-35 minutes at 375 F or until cake tester comes out clean and the
cake pulls away from the sides of the pan. Cool to room temperature and cut 4x4 to yield 16 equal servings. FLUFFY FROSTING: Combine sufgar, water, sweet'n'low egg whites and cream of tartar in top of a doubl boiler and beat at high spped for 1 minute. Set over simmering water in the bottom of the double boiler. Continue to beat at high speed for 4-5 minutes or until soft peaks form. Remove from heat. Add vanilla to frosting and continue to beat at high speed 1-2 minutes or until thick enough to spread on a
cooled cake. This is enough frosting for a 2-layer or 9" square cake.

Bump up that yellow cake mix into a soft, moist and airy 7UP lemon box cake. This makes a delicious homemade cake, drizzled with a homemade lemon glaze as well!

Ingredients Used
1 yellow box cake mix
1 (3.4 oz) pack of instant Lemon pudding
4 eggs @ room temperature
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup cold 7UP
1 tsp fresh lemon zest
1 -2 tsp freshly squeezed Lemon juice
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
For the glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon Juice
1-2 Tbsp cold whole milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients and follow the box instructions for mixing. Bake at 350 F for about 35-36 minutes if using a bundt pan like I do. A toothpick inserted should come out clean!
Allow cake to cool down completely. Mix ingredients for the glaze and drizzle the yummy glaze all over the cake. Allow it to set before serving. Enjoy!

It is a easy and delicious basic Sponge Cake recipe, Easy cake Recipe and simple recipe.

▶Round pan Size 8inch Diameter (20cm)
▶Ingredients
4 egg yolk
Salt 1g
4 egg whites
Xylitol120g (or Erythritol)
Cake flour 120g
Vegetable oil 40g
Milk 40g
Vanilla Extract a little bit
Xylitol is the perfect match for baking cakes. It works great to make meringue with the egg whites. Erythritol has zero calories but when the cake is stored for a long time, it may crystalize in the cake and be sensed when chewing. Stevia cannot be used when whisking egg whites, since it does not give it the perfect fluffy shape.

1 pk 3.4oz French vanilla instant pudding mix
4 large eggs @ room temperature
2/3 cup melted butter @room temperature or simply use same quality as box instructions (1/3 cup)
1 cup buttermilk (room temp)
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp pure lemon extract

Eggless Vanilla Cupcakes. Gluten free Vanilla Cupcakes.
Cupcake without egg / Cupcake without Milk / Cupcake without Butter.
These SIMPLE GLUTEN FREE VEGAN VANILLA CUPCAKES are super moist and easy to make.
Makes 6 cupcakes.

✅ Ingredients:
1/2 cup-1 tbsp (85 g) Superfine Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup (120 ml) Water, room temperature
2 tbsp (30 ml) Vegetable Oil
1 cup (130 g) Gluten Free Flour (I used Robin Hood Gluten free all purpose flour blend with xanthan gum included, not sponsored)
1 tsp (4 g) Baking Powder
1/4 tsp (1.25 g) Baking Soda
1 tsp (5 ml) Vanilla Extract
1 tsp (5 ml) Lemon Juice
* I highly recommend using a scale to measure the gluten free flour and sugar for this recipe.
* It is very important to PREHEAT the oven. Bake when oven reaches the right temperature.
* All oven are not the same. If toothpick inserted in middle of cake comes out clean, cake is done.
Bake at 330oF (165oC), rack middle position, 20-22 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the middle of cake comes out clean.
