sesme Kadai veg cooked in a spicy tomato based gravy.with kadai masala and topped with some sesame seeds this sabji can be served with roti or rice
Ingredients:
Whole red chilly 10 n
Coriander seeds 1 tb
Pepper corns 1 ts
Whole garam masala (each) 2 n
Cumin seeds 1 ts
Sesame seeds Black 1 tb
Sesame seeds white 1 tb
Ginger garlic paste 1 ts
Turmeric pinch
Green chilly 4 n
Tomatoes 75
Tomatos puree 150 g
Red chilly paste 1 ts
Sugar ½ ts
Onion 1 n
Capsicum 1 n
Green peas 100 g
Carrot 100 g
Beans 100 g
Potato 100 g
Paneer 100 g
Salt
Coriander chopped 1 b
Directions:
Heat a pan add whole red chilly, coriander seeds, pepper corns, whole garam masala, dry roast them, add black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, cumin seeds, kasoori methi, put in a blender and make a coarse powder.
Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion, salt, cook this till onions are brown, add ginger garlic paste, cook till raw flavor is gone, add turmeric, half of the made masala, green chilly, chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, red chilly paste, cook this for few minutes, add sugar, diced onion, capsicum, add water cook it for a minute, add boiled green peas, carrot, beans, potatoes, paneer, mix it well, cook it for 4 to 5 minutes, then sprinkle left over kadai masala, chopped coriander.
Serve this with chapatti, and rice.

⭐️ Our creamy sesame noodles recipe is an easy Chinese-American take-out dish popular for its rich, smooth, and tasty sesame peanut butter sauce.

½ pound dry noodles we recommend Italian linguine (1 pound if fresh noodles used)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
SESAME SAUCE
3 tablespoons tahini
3 tablespoons peanut butter
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar or lime juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon ginger grated
1 clove garlic grated
2 teaspoons sriracha sauce or ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
TOPPINGS
1 cucumber thinly sliced
1 mango diced (optional, but recommended)
4 tablespoons roasted peanuts crushed (optional)
2 limes cut into wedges, and squeezed on top
GARNISH (OPTIONAL)
sesame seeds, finely chopped chives or green onion tops
