These laddus are healthy, tasty, packed with proteins, essential fatty acids, antioxidants and minerals. These laddus are little factories of good health.
These laddus can be made within minutes. You can pack them in kids' lunch boxes and also give them with a hot glass of milk in the morning when they don't have the time for breakfast.
All you need to do is roast some sesame seeds until they pop. Transfer to a bowl. Heat some ghee and fry some raisins until they puff out. Then fry some crushed nuts like almonds, cashew nuts and pistachios. Grind some dates coarsely and add these to the nuts' mixture and add some cardamom powder or nutmeg powder for that magical flavour.
Now mix all the above ingredients well to form the laddus when the mixture is still warm and enjoy.
The leftover laddus can be stored in an airtight container and keep in the refrigerator so that the taste remains in tact.

Who loves crispy, crunchy Ice-Berg Lettuce & Apple, roasted almonds & walnuts, and a sweet honey coated sesame dressing? I thought you might. (I do too!) I also love that this healthy salad recipe is not only one of the tastiest salads ever, it's also super healthy. Like super crazy healthy.
I've been eating huge bowls of this salad with a few slices of herb-marinated Chicken Fillets or a piece of grilled fish on the side. Or sometimes I've eaten every last crunchy delicious bit of this salad all by itself. It's that taste.
It's full of crunch, but not too much. The dressing is simple and amazing. It has just the right amount of sweet and tart deliciousness and goes perfectly with the roasted nuts.
