Spicy sweet and sour pork ribs/ wonderful recipe from pork breast bones # 73
Spicy sweet and sour pork ribs/ wonderful recipe from pork breast bones #73
Sweet and sour with spicy is always best combination for the pork. For this delicious recipe I used pork short ribs cut prices. I simmer the pork ribs with garlic, onion, pepper corn and white vinegar for 20 minutes in medium heat. When I cook with sauce I used hot Thai hot chilli, red sweet pepper, yellow sweet pepper, green onion, red wine vinegar, light soya sauce, brown sugar, dark soya sauce, sesame oil. This amazing dish go with white rice very well. Kids will love the sweetness.
Most of the super markets sell pork breast bones cut pieces and it’s cheaper. If you know how to cook it will be great dish for whole family and kids love it.
